This was the dining highlight of our vacation. We had the falafel, beet salad and beef filet. Delicious meal.

Great menu selections and really friendly staff. Went there on a slow night for takeout out and was grateful that they kept the kitchen open for me. Thank you! The food was great. Had the Duck Lo Mein and the Grilled Caesar. The fried egg blew me away. I would put that on every dish!!!

Sego is a hidden gem! What a wonderful experience, the Fillet and Swordfish both were perfect. Shareable plates made dinning here interesting and enjoyable. Definitely make a reservation to experience this amazing place, you won't be disappointed.

Had fantastic food and service. The roasted cauliflower was the best I've ever had. Great Coctails. Would go again.

Sego's inspired menu blends flavors and popular dishes from East/Southeast Asian & American Southwestern without fault. This is my second visit and I can highly recommend the Sweet & Spicy Ribs, Elote Fritters, Dan Dan Noodles, Seared Duck Lo Mein, and the Seared Trout.

The Sego dining room on the ground floor of the Canyons Hotel has a dimly lit cozy but elegant ambiance. Hosts & waiters were attentive even with a full dining room.

A stay in Kanab and a dinner reservation at Sego is a must if planning a road trip in Kanab and nearby! Reserve ahead as it does get booked full.

Absolutely superb restaurant in Kanab. We stayed at Quail Park Lodge, and Sego was conveniently just across the street. The food was outstanding—especially for vegetarians. I was genuinely surprised by how many excellent options they offered. We ordered the falafel, elote fritters, artichoke–mushroom toast, and mac and cheese, and every dish was fantastic. The service was exceptional, and we appreciated being able to reserve a patio table and bring our dog with us. Overall, Sego is a must-visit and a highlight of any stay in Kanab.

Sego was great. One of the rare years my family had Thanksgiving dinner out - and Sego didn’t disappoint. Wonderful food, great service and ambience.

This is the best meal we’ve had in Utah! So happy we splurged and went to Sego! The service was wonderful and the food was unbelievably delicious. The flavors, spice, and portions were perfect. There were two of us and we shared 5 plates. Perfect amount.

All 5 sharable items were excellent: mushrooms, brussel sprouts, duck lo mein, tenderloin and banana pudding. Our server did an excellent job of helping us through the menu.
