Store hours weren't updated on Google Maps, or on the subway app. It let me place an online order after 8pm, which is when it closed.

We had an Italian sandwich because they were out of meatballs. While my order was being made they refused to give me a key to the restroom saying it was unavailable “or something”. Not sure what the “or something “ meant but I will never go to another Subway after this kind of dismissive behavior.

I had a very bad experience at this Subway location. I ordered a sandwich with Italian Herbs & Cheese bread, but they gave me flatbread instead. When I noticed the mistake, I politely informed the staff and asked for a solution.
Unfortunately, the manager was extremely rude and dismissive. Instead of acknowledging the issue or offering to fix it, she gave me attitude and made me feel like it was my fault for speaking up. There was no apology, no replacement, and no customer service at all.
I understand that mistakes can happen, but the way the manager behaved was completely unprofessional. When customers are treated this way, it makes you not want to come back. Subway is supposed to be about fast service and quality, but this visit was the opposite.
I’m very disappointed and hope the store management seriously improves their staff behavior and customer service standards.

Ordered online, went to pick up and added/changed things because of a picky child. Cory was wonderful with how annoying our order became. She had all the patience in the world for us, and expressed a desire to make sure everything was perfect! Our sandwiches were delicious, the staff were lovely, and the place was very clean. I really appreciate how she went over and above to make our experience everything we needed.

Came in at 12:30 June 28 and I asked for the vegetables on the side because we were going to take our sandwiches to the park. And the short white young man disrespectfully said no and was super rude and short and proceeded to ask how many vegetables did we need. I didn’t appreciate how disrespectful he was and the young lady working the counter also said no. I mentioned that this is the first and only subway that they’ve mentioned no on taking your vegetables on the side and I have been to this place before. Never going here again. The cold cut footlong was $11 and the steak and cheese was $12.

Best experience I've had at a Subway. Meet the manager Cory and half the staff. I'm picky about my subs, and they made sure I got my order the way I wanted it! That means a lot to me because I have kids that are picky eaters. The bathrooms were clean which also means a lot considering it's a tourist area. Definitely will return.
Absolutely rude people. Some older gentleman was trying to order and couldn’t hear and the lady rudely walked out and made someone else make his food

This is for the manager that made the special order for me Monday night. Everything went as planned with it. Perfect. Thank you. My husband came back in Tuesday night to order again the same way and the girl at the counter would not work with him at all and refused to believe he was telling the truth. “Because that is not the way we do things”. So unfortunately you will lose our business for the next 3 days.
