Genuinely the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Asked if we could add stuff on our sandwich and she told us to go to Jimmy John's. When we said okay and began to leave she started insulting and cussing under her breath. My dad is 70 with heart issues and had to leave as well because of the way she was berating us non stop. DO NOT go to this subway if it's the last thing you do. And all the ingredients looked like they had been left out since yesterday. Trust me when I say to find somewhere else.

Server was rude from the moment we started to order, she said we could leave if we wanted our sub customized, she said she was the general manager, and said she could report us as trespassing. Do we all left without ordering. I am 70 and was with my adult children. Whoever owns this place needs to get rid of this woman.

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. The girl working there (I believe she was the “lead”)(said she was gm but I don’t believe it) was so rude it’s not even funny. She threatened to trespass and was extremely disrespectful when we asked questions (saying derogatory things under her breath).

Store was opened 2h late and when it was finally opened she said there were no veggies and the truck would come a day after

I understand that Kanab is out of the way so things cost more, but 18.55 for a standard foot-long sandwich?
Go down the street to some of the local places that won't cost you a credit amount.

So to start with Jeremy on the evening shift is a total jerk. Im a local and have been in multiple times with my kids. Durring the experiences he has been very rude and throws stuff without reason. Needs to find a job that he is not in the public. This employee needs to find a new job.

Lots of sunlight in this subway, with a lot of south facing windows. I’ve stopped here many times on the way through Kanab and it’s always been consistently solid service and food quality. The main entrance is nicely situated to lead you into the order line right from the easy parking out front. The green peppers were decently fresh on the latest spicy Italian i got which was a welcome treat on a long hike.

Refused to give us service at 08.30 pm even though google maps says closing time is 9pm. Cause the toaster was turned off already. What a joke
Karen wanted to make me a sandwich 100% opposite of what I wanted and then kicked us out because I told her I didn’t want certain things on there 🤡🤡

Cory is the manager that these reviewers complain about. She is rude, dismissive of my questions, and told me that she manages two stores so she knows what she is doing. I simply asked her about switching a foot long into a salad, as advertised. Cory did not have a bad day as she was quite rude to us and the people in front of us but nice to some locals after us. The young girl at the counter was kind, professional, and reconciliate.
Next time I want a salad I will go anywhere else.
Cory may be the manager but she does not have manager skills.

Store hours weren't updated on Google Maps, or on the subway app. It let me place an online order after 8pm, which is when it closed.
