We decided to order a teriyaki chicken sub and the staff were kind enough to add extra chicken, which was a nice touch. The place was clean and well-maintained. If you're looking to avoid the pricey restaurants in Kanab, this is a great option. On the last night of our stay, we decided to try Subway and it didn’t disappoint!

The lady working Cory called out my friend and yelled at him for tapping on the metal cover(he has adhd). My next friend made an order and she got it wrong so she remade the right order but made him pay for both sandwiches. Then she got mad and yelled at the other people in line for not paying attention and screamed at them for not being ready. Then she got mad at my autistic friend for saying the same word over again.

I went in after experiencing issues with the app and calling ahead on the phone. Cory immediately was rude and disrespectful. She claimed she was the store manager, and if that’s true I understand why the store has such bad reviews, and the bread tastes stale here every time.

The waitress was clearly in a hurry to take her break, she told us that she could not heat the sandwiches while the customers afterwards had their sandwiches heated (change of waitress). They offered to buy a sandwich and that they would give me a discount. Avoid expensive for what it is

My family stopped to eat here, Subway being a tried and true favorite. As soon as we walked inside I couldn’t believe how disgusting the store was, countertops covered in food. While we were waiting in line a women who claimed to be the manager was so utterly horrible to some customers, I was dumbfounded. After seeing her yell and threaten another customer who was just asking for a bag, we took our business elsewhere. I have two children and Subway is always our go to, so I was very disappointed we were forced to go elsewhere due to this women’s egregious behavior and lack of care.

I would like to thank Cory and Arianna for treating us so kindly during our stay in Kanab. We got our lunch from them all 4 days we were in Kanab visiting NPs.
My child forgot his NP souvenir stuffed animal in the store and they saved it for us to pick up the next day.
