This can be a very busy location as they have buses of foreign tourists that offload here. It can be a bit crazy. But they handled it with ease and move right on through amazingly so. And the whole time with a friendly face. I got the meal I made wanted. It's the same one I usually order. And oddly enough they did a better job. I order a salad and they actually filled the bowl with salad and made it feel like it was a value for the price.

Wheelchair accessibility: It's located inside of a gas station with handicap entrance. So you can roll right in.

I just drove 550 miles I wanted to sit down and have a good warm meal I have always had decent service at this location but tonight they failed me the red-headed beady-eyed boy ask me if I was paying cash or card I said card he said order off the kiosk I said I don't order kiosk he said then you will have to wait until I finish all of these orders I said you can't punch my order in right now he said no you're going to have to wait a bit all I wanted Dave's double order fries and a large Frosty instead I went to the c store got some vegetables and an ice cream sandwich and took it into Wendy's and ate it and I watched numerous people place their order the old-fashioned way and he was still getting orders for other people on the counter I did not get my food the atmosphere sucked and customer service has gone to hell I am very disappointed my opinion it'll be a cold day in hell before I go there again

They never get my order right at this location. The fries were freezing, so I returned them thinking they would replace with warm fries, but I had to go back up and ask that they needed to be replaced. More than half the time, the fries are served cold

Just got back home from the drive thru. We ordered a mushroom bacon burger and when we got home there were no mushrooms. We were essentially upcharged for a regular cheeseburger.

Walked in and after waiting for several minutes while multiple employees were just standing around talking, one employee asked “cash or card?” I replied, “card” he just said “kiosk”.

I asked: “can I just order here at the counter?”

He replied, “kiosk” while pointing toward the kiosk.

I walked out. Spent my money elsewhere. What happened to customer service?

Horrible!! We had a similar experience as many others that had horrible service regarding their late night hours. We just completed a grand canyon rim to rim to rim trail run (42 ish miles), ready to go get some food. Online, it states this Wendy's location is open until 12am. We arrived at 11:20am and the manager (or whoever he was) was absolutely inconsiderate and very disrespectful. Said he was not going to turn the grill on because it was close to midnight. This just happens to be the same thing that happened to us last year!! Very rude, food was horrible (the food we did get). He basically threw on cold patties and said he was not cooking anything, so our burgers were probably on their way to the garbage, until we arrived. Unacceptable!!!

I asked for a crispy chicken BLT and they gave me chicken patty with one single tiny lettuce leaf, they didn’t add the bacon, the tomato or the cheese, but they charged me as if they did, I hope the manager takes some action on this and fire the person doing burger on Saturday 16 November 2024 at 8:44 pm

Went inside, a couple customers were waiting for food. Waited at the counter for several minutes as they catered to the drive thru. Finally, the worker asked if we are using cash or credit card, I said either, she said use the kiosk and walked off. But all the kiosks were busy. So we left, went thru the drive thru and got our order in a couple minutes. Food was good, service sucked and nothing was Exceeded. Had a similar experience in Moab.
