Ordered the brisket and was severely disappointed. Three small slices of brisket and one was really fatty. I also had a salad which was good. Service and atmosphere was great. For 16 dollars it was far from worth it.
Best place to eat in Southern Utah. We love everything there. My favorite is the smoked turkey. Hubs loves the brisket. Their catering is also excellent. Owned and operated by a truly lovely and kind family. Can't say enough good things about them!
Make the trip. Do yourself a favor and go. If you've never had competition-level BBQ you're in for a treat; they nailed every single thing on the plate from the meats to the pickles, relishes and sides. This looks like a humble BBQ joint but the food is crafted with pride, passion and masterful skill.
