We are keen smokers back in Australia, we do get the opportunity to smoke some amazing meats however the food at fire + smoke was by far the best I’ve ever had. We had the 2 meats brisket and sausage. Absolutely top shelf. Amazing!!!
Stopped in today after doing a hike at Kanarra Falls (also highly recommended) and it was delicious! Our group had ribs, pulled pork, brisket and sausage and everything was excellent. Rib meat literally fell right off of the bone. The employees and owner were also very helpful and nice. Definitely recommend a visit to the falls and Fire & Smoke if you are in the St. George area!
Fantastic place to drop in and eat. We were passing through to visit the falls, dropped in for a meal and was greeted with perfect service and a friendly atmosphere. The meal was absolutely delicious. Don’t pass through without stopping by.
