This is our favorite bbq place in southern utah. You have to catch them open - hours of operation are limited. Food is great, service is great. My only suggestion is replace the slice of Wonder bread with a homemade roll or piece if cornbread.
AMAZING place, don’t let the small town deter you, it’s a hidden gem! BEST brisket my husband has ever had and he’s tried a LOT of brisket (he’s in the food industry). Coachella salad was great, light but filling somehow. Watermelon radish, never heard of it but wow! Girls at the counter were incredibly friendly and gave us a great overview before we ordered. The whole place was incredibly clean and the decor modern yet rustic. Met the owner and she was super friendly...
I arrived after they had closed and they still took the extra time of day so serve me some of their delicious food.
Will definitely return.
