I’ve have been going to this Arbys for years and I also worked there for a few months. After Cassy and Felicia left this place has gone downhill. I went there tonight for dinner and 2 people were covering drive through and dine in. The employee that waited on me could barely speak English and obviously didn’t understand it. I just went through the drive through to get a chocolate shake. My dog in the Carr with me. Amazing cashier saw my dog and commented on how pretty my dog is.Brings out my shake she had drawn a dog bone the whip cream! Best quickest service I have received there. Hard to rate the food because they wouldn’t honor the coupons I had that were good for two more days so I didn’t get any food. “They changed the buttons and there is nothing we can do. “ No worries, I called the corporate office and there is something they can do.
