Just got a burrito and it's kiddy size portions. I couldn't believe it. A lot of money for half the food. I'm hoping it's just this place and not the other Costa Vidas.

So the last two times i ordered online and sent my son to pick it up, the order was "lost" and he spent over a half hour waiting to pick it up. He came home in a very bad mood. Tonight we ordered two meals, 1) The wrong salsa was provided with the tacos 2) The rice was under cooked 3) The steak, which I paid extra for, was dried out.
At least they almost had it ready on time... Also, it drives me nuts that the App tries to automatically tip. If I order standing up and have not received the service yet, why am I being pushed to tip?
I think I will go down the road a little further to Cafe Sabor and get better food for the same price.

This is the 2nd trip I made here. The first time they forgot my tres leches cake on a pick up order. Today I went through the drive through and there was little to np sauce on my enchiladas, so I pretty much had tacos. The beans were ok, but the rice was crunchy, so much that I thought I had bit into plastic and spit it out. It's really disappointing that the service lacks at this location. Management should re-train the staff. I hope feedback starts getting taken seriously. I had seen previous bad reviews but wanted to give them a chance. I feel this is fair after 2 visits.

Eek! The Pumpkin Hunt brought us in, but we certainly won't be back. Customer service, food preparation, and location are all lacking. We ordered handheld burritos that weren't served handheld. We were not given the choice between dine in and takeout, and with our takeout bag, we were not provided silverware. In fact, silverware was nowhere to be found in the restaurant! Our order was plopped on the counter where it sat for several minutes before we were made aware that it was ours. There was absolutely no communication from the staff. There's no handle on the door to the outside, and no garbage can on the patio!

Julia was great today! We like to see things before we order them and she was patient in showing them to us and talking to us. The food was good. The place had a good vibe and I liked the FIZZ next door.

I go to costa Vida 5 times a week. While I love their food and 90% of the staff— I get one girl who’s a lead & not sure what she’s doing but EVERYTIME she cashes me out, she charges me $22 for TWO steak tacos WITHOUT rice and beans. No extra meat, no extra anything.. For a single enchilada meal & two tacos — $29!!!!!!! Wtf!!
