We just ate at hands-down THE BEST Mexican food truck in Davis County, Utah! The chicken is organic, the food is homemade and fresh every day. The chips are amazing. Great ingredients. Delicious food! Highly recommend.
Definitely 5 stars 🌟 🌟🌟🌟🌟! My husband and I found this food truck a few years ago. I had the Quesa Birria and LOVED it. I have tried Quesa Birria from others but no where is as good at El Cenote. They are so amazing! So much flavor and melt in our mouth meat. My husband and I couldn't remember what their truck was called and were so glad we found their truck again. I wish they had a restaurant I could go eat at more regularly.

El Cenote is a family-owned food truck located in Kaysville, Utah, found at The Smiths marketplace on the south east end of the parking lot. It is considered by many to be the best Mexican food truck in Davis County. The owners are super friendly and chill, treating customers like family.
The menu features incredible, homemade, and fresh food with great ingredients. Standout items include the best street tacos, like asada and pollo, and the absolutely delicious quesabirria tacos, which are called unmatched. The Chicken Empanadas are also noted as the absolute best. Other excellent options are the Cubana, the Cheese Quesadilla, and the Ensalada salad with rice, cheese, and beans, which offers a satiating vegetarian option. The food is known for its quality, including the freshest, flavorful tortillas, tender meat, amazing chips, and a one-of-a-kind red sauce. The service, cleanliness, and quality are outstanding, making it a highly recommended spot.
