I stood in store and waited way longer than expected. 3 people walked in, ordered and even got their drinks before me. They took the time to make 3 drinks before mine. I had ONE drink. This is the second time this has happened and will be the last. This store has lost my business. No more transactions from me.

We tried Fizz for the first time and got the Pirates Dream and Summer Nights drink along with the Kids Shark Drink. We liked the Summer Nights flavor the best as it still was carbonated and tasted sweet and smooth. The Pirates Dream had an overpowering coconut taste which did not allow us to taste the Dr. Pepper or soda splash and the Kids Shark Drink, while cute and fun, was very sweet. Great pricing for the sizes but some flavors taste more like soda with the textured carbonation taste than others that are more sweet or fruity.

I always have a good time coming to fiiz. I haven't had a bad experience with the service, they always leave me to my own devices and are really pleasant when we interact. I work a similar job and I really appreciate how much effort they put into their work. They also seem to get a long and have a good time, and while that seems like a waste of time when they could be making a drink, but it really just makes me feel better and gives a better atmosphere.
The decor and seating is super chill and good if you just want to digest after a long day.
If they open at 7 am instead of 7:30 I would be an everyday customer.

I love FiiZ Drinks! My favorite drink is easily the Berry Bad Doctor (Dr. Pepper, raspberry puree, vanilla, coconut, and cream). The drink shop itself is cozy, and it is a great place to go with friends.

I paid for my order and then sat for 20 minutes at the window. They never came to the window to tell me what happened. My order was just one drink. It finally came out and tasted like it had sat because the cream had all melted. Won’t be going back! I felt bad for the several cars stuck in line behind me.

If you like your orders to be, well, what you actually ordered, NEVER go to this fiiz. I like to stop by this one due to its convenient location by my house, but I'm usually met with disappointment. I get a really simple drink order, literally a soda and two flavorings, and 99% of the time they still get my order wrong. I kept going with the hopes they would improve, but they consistently like to prove me wrong on that. The last time I went they got my order wrong. Again. I waited at the drive-thru window for a few minutes to ask for a remake, no one came. I went around to go in and they said they closed their lobbies early. So disappointed with this location and the lack of professionalism and quality of my orders ☹️
