I always have a good time coming to fiiz. I haven't had a bad experience with the service, they always leave me to my own devices and are really pleasant when we interact. I work a similar job and I really appreciate how much effort they put into their work. They also seem to get a long and have a good time, and while that seems like a waste of time when they could be making a drink, but it really just makes me feel better and gives a better atmosphere.
The decor and seating is super chill and good if you just want to digest after a long day.
If they open at 7 am instead of 7:30 I would be an everyday customer.

I love FiiZ Drinks! My favorite drink is easily the Berry Bad Doctor (Dr. Pepper, raspberry puree, vanilla, coconut, and cream). The drink shop itself is cozy, and it is a great place to go with friends.

I paid for my order and then sat for 20 minutes at the window. They never came to the window to tell me what happened. My order was just one drink. It finally came out and tasted like it had sat because the cream had all melted. Won’t be going back! I felt bad for the several cars stuck in line behind me.

If you like your orders to be, well, what you actually ordered, NEVER go to this fiiz. I like to stop by this one due to its convenient location by my house, but I'm usually met with disappointment. I get a really simple drink order, literally a soda and two flavorings, and 99% of the time they still get my order wrong. I kept going with the hopes they would improve, but they consistently like to prove me wrong on that. The last time I went they got my order wrong. Again. I waited at the drive-thru window for a few minutes to ask for a remake, no one came. I went around to go in and they said they closed their lobbies early. So disappointed with this location and the lack of professionalism and quality of my orders ☹️

Every time I order a drink here, I ask for cream in the drink. And EVERY SINGLE TIME they forget to put the cream in my drink. I don’t know if when they hire employees they specifically look for kids who have a deep hatred for anything related to cream, or they are playing a sick and cruel prank on me specifically, whatever it is it is blowing my mind and making me rethink ever drinking soda again.
I come to this fiiz pretty often, pretty standard location the service is great and I've never had any issues at this location. But on my visit there today, I noticed their tip jar topic was a little inappropriate and very unprofessional. I don't know who approved this but this should never have been allowed.

I've always loved this place and I hope and pray you'll love it too! Been going here since I was a kid and they have super fun kids drinks (over the rainbow and sharks in the water are my favorites) and they also have incredibly flavored adult drinks (I recommend the berry good doctor with peach puree)

I am a first responder and went through the drive thru. Lincoln was working and was extremely rude stated they didn't have a discount when I have gotten it every time. Slammed the drive thru window on me and then charged me the same! Be warned very rude and disrespectful.
