This is my new favorite Jimmy John's on the area, mostly because the drive-thru. They're also extremely quick in preparing the sandwiches. Staff seem to be decently kind and the place is super clean. The best one is the Turkey Tom with cheese, cucumbers and onion. Will for sure be back.

Great place for a quick bite to eat. Severs were helpful and friendly. Loved the quotes on the tables. We ordered through the app while sitting in the parking lot and they were already working on our order when we walked in. :)

This place is amazing. Was here yesterday ordered 7 subs, order was up in under 3 min, all 7. Can't get throw a drive up at McDonald's that fast and the food was excellent. So good I came back today and got the same order again for me and my family. Highly recommend.
Also, eating area clean and bathrooms too. Staff friendly and curious. Highly recommend.
Today I tried the Pita Chips. They were nasty and I’m not a picky eater. I asked the manager if I could trade them for regular chips, he said no but he would throw them away for me. He then threw them away. He was really rude the way he talked to me. I was with my daughter and we went to a booth out of his sight. He kept popping his head around the corner to give us the evil eye. I love the food but my daughter and I felt so unwelcome and never want to return.

Ordered online. Received 3 sandwiches that we ordered. 1 #9 had lettuce and onions only NO MEAT. My #8 had very little meat and no toppings and no additional toppings asked for. Other #9 ordered Xtra cheese and meats and received very little meat with no added meats, cheeses or other toppings requested. When called the store it sounded like a party. People giggling, laughing and didn't say anything until almost 50 seconds after picking up phone. Stated that 2 people called out and they were chuck full of orders. He asked if I could pick up another, I stated just out of hospital that's why I ordered for delivery. He stated couldn't deliver another for a long time because they were so busy. I asked to be refunded the 1 sandwich and he stated they don't do that and that all transactions have to be done the same day, so if I didn't pick up my sandwich today nothing else could be done. I have pictures and my phone records all calls so I have evidence. Do better Jimmy Johns. This is your 4th strike in 3 months. I haven't called about the previous issues as I'm not that way, but this one pushed me over the edge. Hope you all have a better experience with them. NEVER going back or ordering again.
UPDATE: Did get a new sandwich with meat, just not the extra cheese and additional toppings requested. Got a reprint of the original receipt and it's states all the extras but still didn't receive. At least I got another sandwich with meats. Guess that's all I can ask for. Can't get extras paid for, but I will take what I can get.

Okay, this was my first time inside our Kaysville locale. This was the first time I had been inside any Jimmy John’s as I was a drive-up and ordering out in person. The place was clean, and your workers on the night of Tuesday, June 25, were all smiles and friendly. I picked up my online order and a bag of pellet ice! My food was spot on, as always. I must tell you to offer the jalapeno ranch in bottles to take home as Moochies does with their divine sauces. I just wanted you to know that your crew was excellent. Friendly and joking with me as well as each other. It looks like a great place to work as well as eat. Thank you for making my hot day, and I don't want to cook evening into a smile on my face as I left.
