Cute bakery with good breakfast sandwiches and smoothies. I also liked the gift wrapping station. Service was friendly.

We went for breakfast at 9:15 am on Labor Day, and got our food after 10 am. It was almost an hour to get our food. Poor staffing.

Came in to Kneaders this morning (Labor Day). We were slow moving this morning so we checked to see when breakfast ended so that we could make sure we were there in time for French toast. We haven’t been there for breakfast recently, so we didn’t know that their website now says French toast is served all day! Hooray! We walked in just before 11am planning to order four plates of French toast and 2 cinnamon rolls. The guy at the counter informed us they had just sold out of their French toast. Seems like if they planned to serve it all day, they should have more bread sliced and ready to go for French toast. Or, they should have planned ahead better and realized that maybe more people would have come in for breakfast on a holiday. There are about 20 loaves of cinnamon bread for sale sitting on the racks in the store.

Everyone was nice and the food was good. The atmosphere was a little weird cause it was dead and kinda awkward. Second time was better.

This review is directly aimed at the horrible ownership & leadership & management. I felt horrible for the girls working tonight. Could clearly see how stressed they were. Absolutely zero help and doing the best they can.
Owners…. Come on do something to help. Every single review is 1star. Do something different. Pay your people better. Create an environment where you can retain good people.

I agree with another reviewer close this place or have some pride. For some reason we keep giving the kaysville location a chance. Today we were told they did not have any turkey, so ordered two veggie sandwiches. One lettuce leaf, a couple tomato slices along with a couple pieces of avocado. And to top it off, ordered bread pudding that was stale, all of this for $30

The service was fantastic. The French toast was tasty, and being all I can eat was a real treat. Cute decor.

I arrived quite early, at 7:30, and server Sarah was very helpful. She was great. But then I went up to get another order of French toast and this blonde-haired guy with glasses. Had the worst attitude about helping me out. He made up policies on the spot and was trying to tell me he couldn't do that. I am wrong. How can he not help me because of this company policy? Just for me tell him to do his job. Then watch him run over just talk to Sarah than, once my food was ready gave me shitty looking face dropped my food on my table. I got it's his first job, but I have some manners and realize you are there to work with a good attitude. Not try hitting on girls.
I try this kneaders every 6 months or so. The turkey avocado bacon sandwich is usually what I get, and I regret it each time… because there’s usually only 3 slices of avocado on the whole thing and it’s very underwhelming compared to other kneaders.
Today I was thrilled to see more than that- but HALF of the sandwich had NO avocado.
The real kicker here is the lack of food safety, though. If you look in the second picture, you’ll see a chunk of egg in the top right- something that shouldn’t be in this sandwich (esp since I didn’t order mayo and egg is a top allergen). In the wrong hands this could’ve been harmful or deadly. Zero tolerance for these kinds of mistakes as a fellow food handler- this is incredibly serious. Whomever was working at 10:30 today should be talked to.

My family and I wanted French toast this morning, so we went to the kneaders in Kaysville and those workers did a phenomenal job! Their customer service was also phenomenal and the food tasted amazing!
The lobby was clean as well as the restrooms which is always a plus. We always travel from South Jordan to this Kneaders just to eat here because it is so clean. Will be coming again soon!
i wanna give benefit of the doubt but there’s just no reason for me to have to sit and wait at the drive thru window for 15 mins w no line and no one to even let me know there’s a wait. service is just baddddd :(
I am just flabbergasted. I waiting in the drive through for 20 minutes tonight for 1 sandwich and a loaf of bread. 20 minutes. The car in front of me had a small bag of food. There were two people in the store. Then when I got home, the sandwich that I spent $12-13 on had this much protein. I used to love Kneaders. Won’t be back.
I love Kneaders menus and are so consistent.
Have gone through the drive thru twice now after 2pm and they're out of a lot of things by then so this is more of a go inside breakfast/ brunch before 12 kinda place. The food was good but could have used more flavors and seasonings for my liking. French toast was delicious.
