I arrived quite early, at 7:30, and server Sarah was very helpful. She was great. But then I went up to get another order of French toast and this blonde-haired guy with glasses. Had the worst attitude about helping me out. He made up policies on the spot and was trying to tell me he couldn't do that. I am wrong. How can he not help me because of this company policy? Just for me tell him to do his job. Then watch him run over just talk to Sarah than, once my food was ready gave me shitty looking face dropped my food on my table. I got it's his first job, but I have some manners and realize you are there to work with a good attitude. Not try hitting on girls.
I try this kneaders every 6 months or so. The turkey avocado bacon sandwich is usually what I get, and I regret it each time… because there’s usually only 3 slices of avocado on the whole thing and it’s very underwhelming compared to other kneaders.
Today I was thrilled to see more than that- but HALF of the sandwich had NO avocado.
The real kicker here is the lack of food safety, though. If you look in the second picture, you’ll see a chunk of egg in the top right- something that shouldn’t be in this sandwich (esp since I didn’t order mayo and egg is a top allergen). In the wrong hands this could’ve been harmful or deadly. Zero tolerance for these kinds of mistakes as a fellow food handler- this is incredibly serious. Whomever was working at 10:30 today should be talked to.
My family and I wanted French toast this morning, so we went to the kneaders in Kaysville and those workers did a phenomenal job! Their customer service was also phenomenal and the food tasted amazing!
The lobby was clean as well as the restrooms which is always a plus. We always travel from South Jordan to this Kneaders just to eat here because it is so clean. Will be coming again soon!
i wanna give benefit of the doubt but there’s just no reason for me to have to sit and wait at the drive thru window for 15 mins w no line and no one to even let me know there’s a wait. service is just baddddd :(
I am just flabbergasted. I waiting in the drive through for 20 minutes tonight for 1 sandwich and a loaf of bread. 20 minutes. The car in front of me had a small bag of food. There were two people in the store. Then when I got home, the sandwich that I spent $12-13 on had this much protein. I used to love Kneaders. Won’t be back.
I love Kneaders menus and are so consistent.
Have gone through the drive thru twice now after 2pm and they're out of a lot of things by then so this is more of a go inside breakfast/ brunch before 12 kinda place. The food was good but could have used more flavors and seasonings for my liking. French toast was delicious.
I love kneaders food. It is always fresh and delicious and always consistent! The store is super cute and decorated nice and always kept clean. I left a low rating because of wait time. I’ve placed multiple orders ahead of time and I will purposely get there a few minutes after because I know it’s never ready when I set the time to be. Again love their food but I spend forever waiting for it even when I order ahead. It seems like they are always understaffed during lunch hours. I typically get my food around 12 and every time it takes me over 10 minutes just to get food that just needs to be scooped in a bowl. I know this isn’t the workers fault, I’ve worked at lots of restaurants and fast food places, it’s the managers who refuse to schedule enough people to save money.
For $20 you get some mediocre soup for maybe 2 adults, only good thing about it was the bread.
Drive through took forever, food is over priced, and half of the stuff wasn’t even available even though it was on the menu.

Kneaders has officially joined the ranks of restaurants where you don’t get what you pay for. Overpriced when they skimp on the amount of meat they put in your sandwich. The southwest salad also didn’t have all of the ingredients that should be included… bbq sauce and corn. We’ve scratched Zupa’s off our list of restaurants for similar reasons and Kneaders has arrived. I doubt we’ll return due to prices and minimal/incorrect food.
Good pastries and bread.
Kneaders used to be so consistent. Service has been painfully slow lately (waited 20+ min to get a sandwich and loaf of bread with no one in line). They upcharge for so many things now (extra lettuce and extra mayo on a sandwich will ding you 0.50 each). The desserts are hit and miss. Value has completely declined.
I was so excited that they served Breakfast all day. So I went in at 10 am to get some French Toast and they are all out for the day. It’s 10 am, so obviously it’s not available all day. Don’t get in their drive through to find out later it’s not available!! French Toast is great when it’s available.
Thelma is very kind and helpful. She made us feel welcomed and made sure we were taken care of. This is the only Kneaders is the nicest location when it comes to kind/welcoming staff with a clean cafe. Thelma walked our food out to us and made sure there was utensils. Thank you Thelma for making our Kneaders experience amazing!
