Got a cheese pizza through the drive through. Drove 5 minutes home. Pizza wasn’t even luke warm and was hard to pull apart. I’ve never seen a pizza like that served to a customer.
Check your pizzas before handing them out. What a poor experience.

Don't go to this location, there are so many pizza places nearby that are better in every way. We ordered our one large pepperoni pizza 30 minutes ahead before we arrived. When we went through the drive through to pick up our super basic order, they told us to park on the side since it wasn't ready yet. We then watched for 40 minutes as people and cars filtered in and out of the store, getting their orders. Even the cars behind us. When we called the store, they asked if we wanted to come inside to get it. Of course we wanted it! Why didn't they call us or bring it out?
We finally got the pizza and it was sliced into horrible slices, three ginormous slices and two tiny pieces. And it was cold!! How can it be so cold after we waited so long to get it??
Overall just a very bad experience.

Pizza is complete trash. No pride in making pizza. It's burnt bread basically with hardly any cheese or ingredients. Complete rip off. The little caeser in farmington completely blows this franchise away. I would go there instead. They are quicker, nicer, and care about their pizza. The immature kids that work in the kaysville one could care less about your food. I vote to shut this trash service franchise down. Everyone go to the one in farmington.
Five of the last six times I have been to this Kaysville location they have been out of cheese pizza. So I ask for Hawaiian and they are out of that too. The only pizza they ever have in stock is pepperoni. “Hot and ready” is no longer a thing here. If you’re looking for pizza go up the road to Marcos, Big Daddy’s, Pizza Hut, or Dominoes. All of which are within a mile or two away.

I used to get pizzas here all the time, but recently every pizza I’ve gotten has been cold or it’s just not fresh. I got a classic cheese tonight and not even the box was warm. I opened it up to find a hardened and cold pizza. The employee at the speaker was very unengaged and didn’t seem to care. Probably going to start ordering from layton cesar’s or Dominoes.
