Terrible service. Ordered online so my pizza would be ready and good to go. Got the message it was ready. When I went in, I was told the cooks messed up and they had not started my pizza. It would take 10 to 15 minutes. I was asked to wait in my car and they would bring it out. The manager and the other employees were cussing and not acting at all professional with each other during the interaction. I waited in my car out in the 95 degree weather for 20 minutes. Went in to ask about the pizza that was just sitting there. Not once did they apologize or do anything to make the situation right. To top it all off, the messed up the toppings on the pizza. Avoid this little Caesar’s like the plague.

Will tell you to wait in the pickup area, and never bring you your order...but when you go in to check on it 15 mins after your online order was set for, it was actually there waiting and probably ready the WHOLE TIME. Love wasting my time and having meat and groceries hanging by a thread in the trunk.

Don’t show up within an hour of close, you’ll be turned away. Showed up in the parking lot at 9:10 PM and started to order something on the app. Got a notification saying they weren’t accepting online orders anymore, so I went inside. Tried ordering a basic pepperoni pizza and the kid behind the counter said they were closing in 10 minutes. I looked at my watch and told him there was still 40+ minutes before you close. The kid said the oven was off, started gesturing at random things behind the counter then and acted like he didn’t speak English and started mumbling, hoping that I would go away. He didn’t really have anything to say when I asked him if his manager and or the owners knew that he was closing way earlier than the hours posted… after about a few minute interaction, I finally gave up and left. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE, way to leave idiots in charge of your store.

The last two times we have been there they have screwed up our order. Last week we ordered a drink (even asked what size ) we wait the 10 mins for our pizza, ask for our drink and the kid says they didnt add it to the order.. This week I ordered 1 pizza with cheese sauce and the other with red sauce ..get home and BOTH pizzas have cheese sauce even though the receipt has the correct order. Not too impressed with this location right now.

Worst experience ordering pizza for little Caesars ever . The deliver driver was lost and did not speak any English. After 45 minutes , I called the store to cancel the order. I told them driver didn't speak English and he was lost. They said I need to come into the store to get a refund. I was upset that this was how I was being treated and then to add to the frustration he hung up on me. After ,l I went in the store the poor and insulting customer service continued. I would never recommend anyone going to this location and diffentley dont have it delivered.

Please do not eat here, my family got sick from their food, the pizza was doughy and nasty. I had addressed this with the manager about a refund and he states “he can’t find my receipt” I have proof. I ordered this March 29th. After many phones calls I had to come back in and argue with the assistant manager to get my money back… Horrible customer service from everyone!

In the year of our Lord two thousand and twenty five, upon the twenty-sixth of March, me and my compatriots journeyed to Kaysville for personal activities; upon the completion of our shared responsibilities, we were struck by the veracity of our lack of satiation, and as such made forthwith upon our steel chariot for sustenance, whereupon we decided amongst us that it’was the exotic flavor of pizza that our intestines desired so passionately; our chariot halted at the entrance to the quaint abode of the miniature emperor. Our experience was phenomenal and our pizza was indeed heated and available nigh instantaneously, providing our bowels with nutrition and our tongues with savory flavor, and the pinnacle of employees Braxton, the noble liege residing within, provided our personages with the utmost care and respect, and as we tasted the wheaty nectar on the obsidian asphalt; our spirits where lightened and we ascended up into the clouds to remain in perpetuity. 5 stars
This is a horrible little Caesar’s location! Should label the pizzas as “Cold and Hard” instead of hot and ready. Happens literally every single time, no matter what time we stop by. I have ordered my last pizza from here

Had not been to Little Caesars in a few years but was in a hurry so grabbed a 'hot and ready' pizza. Price was a little high, but again in a hurry. Got home and the pizza was barely warm. The crust was like a pizza that sat out all day.....totally dried out and inedible. Called the store and talked with a manager. His only comment was 'oh good come back'. I said I was not coming back tonight. He said 'oh good' and hung up.
Never going back to any Little Casesars anywhere. Ever.

Good pizza, but when I went in I was asked to wait outside in my car for the pizza. Considering it was 1:20 pm I don’t see any reason why I was asked this? I don’t see a reason why they didn’t want me in the lobby 🤷♂️
