The McDonalds in Kearns sucked for years.. no matter the time of day or night you went. It was just terrible. However, this past year it has gotten a lot better. The staff is friendly, the food is better & doesn't make you want to take it to the nearest garbage can. I don't know if they are under new management or what happened. But it's a LOT better. I think all the McDonalds atmospheres are too industrial & cold but that's just my opinion. I do LOVE...
Liz and Kolton at the windows today were so helpful, caring, and kind! Many times I have come here and gotten a straw that is broken for my drink, but I seriously love the way these workers treat me! Thank you guys for being the greatest!
I know I went in for a late night. Order and probably people hate working this time of day. But there was not one friendly person at design. The first window or the second window. Daddy Hartley said 2 words. They didn't even say have a nice night. I said it to them. They did not even say it to me. I've had several issues with this specific McDonald's. Hopefully they learned sometime how to do better customer service.
