The manager Justin is awesome! Our daughter had some car troubles in the drive thru and he jumped in and helped get her get a jump and back home. It isn't often anymore that people are willing to help like that. Thank you Arby's for hiring such an amazing employee. He is truly an asset to your organization.

Food was good, microphone talking back and forth to rep was the worst. We did ask about using coupons was told they no longer take the paper and it had to be do e thru the app. Hmmnn then why run them? Food was hot, fries could have been cooked a little longer. Extra cheese sauce was not worth the $1.25 for the little cups.

My experience with the staff was mediocre. You could tell they didn't want to be there. We went through the drive-thru, so I can't speak to the inside of the store. The food was pretty good. We grabbed jalapeño bites and a roast beef sandwich. I gave an extra star because they were faster than most Arby's I've been to. I've generally enjoyed food from their in the past. No major disappointments.
