I went there 2 days ago. I ordered a cheeseburger with ketchup and tomato , 2 small fries, a 4 piece mozzarella sticks, an order of fresh jalapeno poppers, 4 piece nuggets and 2 chocolate shakes. I received 1 shake and was asked to pull up and park so they could make the other one. I had a crew person bring me out my order. I checked it and was one fry short. I went in and collected it. whoever has made the policy to pull forward after paying should be fired. it is my understanding that it is a failed former Taco Bell regional manager that is responsible for the ludicrous idea that people want to wait 10min in their car after paying in the drive through. Horrible low service. They took a good local franchise and have made it insufferable. will use carls jr from now on
Just had the worst experience at this Layton Burger King. Did the promoted quiz for a free whopper which says free whopper with ANY purchase. It loaded the offer in my cart and I placed a mobile order for fries. Go to pick up my order and she hands me a bag of fries and I ask where the free whopper is because it said the offer was applied before I checked out.
