Jose A. Cortez is beyond AMAZING. The Layton Del Taco is so lucky to have him as their general manager. He went above and beyond for me today.

So typically this store has been my go to spot for Del Taco, however, the last few times I have had some issues consistently with my orders. Whether it is an item missing or more recently my food not even cook all the way which is a issue. This last time I got my Quesadilla and cheese was still cold so I was a little frustrated especially because I was on the run and couldn't just go back and have them fix it.
Food was good and warm, service was friendly and restaurant was clean.

Quesadillas and desserts are highly recommended. There's plenty of parking, and it's wheelchair accessible. Prices may be higher due to inflation, but the food is tasty and served quickly, with some customers enjoying their strawberry shakes and big box meals. The food is good, and the service can be very helpful, especially if you receive good service from the store manager. Despite some items being a bit more expensive and smaller than before, many find it a great option for a quick bite and may visit more often due to the quality and the deals available.
