I had the carnitas nachos and they had literally 4 strands of meat. The "cheese" was liquid, the sour cream was a dollop size and had a million of jalapeño slices and 10 gazillion nachos o and maybe 2 spoonfuls of beans. Soup spoonfuls. Worst fast food ever. Boise Id
I’ve been eating Del Taco since 1991 and it’s still my favorite fast food restaurant!
Jose A. Cortez is beyond AMAZING. The Layton Del Taco is so lucky to have him as their general manager. He went above and beyond for me today.
I placed a DoorDash order with the Layton Del Taco. I ordered some lunch for a co-worker and me. My co-worker’s food was not in the bag when it was delivered. Del Taco is a convenient and kid-friendly Mexican fast food spot with a play area and kids' menu. The staff is consistently average, and food can take a while, but it's decent and hot. Quesadillas and desserts are highly recommended. There's plenty of parking, and it's wheelchair accessible. Prices may be higher due to inflation, but the food is tasty and served quickly, with some customers enjoying their strawberry shakes and big box meals. The food is good, and the service can be very helpful, especially if you receive good service from the store manager. Despite some items being a bit more expensive and smaller than before, many find it a great option for a quick bite and may visit more often due to the quality and the deals available.
