Pre-ordered our food for pickup. An hour later finally received our food. We could have walked through the line and got our food 10x faster. Took 30 min before anyone even said a word to me even though I was standing at the register. I basically had to walk behind the counter to get any attention. My first visit at a Zupas tgat was my granddaughter's birthday lunch choice. A bit noisy and crowded, but probably normal for the noon hour. Loved the food! The chocolate-covered strawberry included with the combo meal was a nice touch.
Tiffany and Jayce were amazing! They greeted us when we came in and were very nice. Even though it was right before closing they had every topping available. The store was fairly clean for it being the end of a full service day.
