We are frequent fliers here and have been for two years. If you feel like it’s too busy, I hear there’s going to be one opening up in Syracuse. They always get my order correct, in a timely manner, and never without sauces or napkins.

This CFA could be a perfect 5 star, however the guest service needs work. It’s a 50/50 chance I’ll have an interaction that meets the standards of CFA expectations. It seems most of the team members are very young. When I’ve spoken to management they seemed very kind. Food has (I think) always been correct - a couple times they forgot my sauces and napkins so check your bag. I have been a (at times daily) regular at CFA for over a decade (in Florida) and I don’t mind this...
