my fiance and I both ordered a like it size and I noticed how much smaller my ice cream was. I told an employee these are the same size (Like it) and asked if I could get more ice cream and he said "that other one is over portioned and we weigh them." So I basically overpaid for a kids size ice cream. I feel ripped off paying almost $7 for basically a kids size ice cream when my fiance got double for the same price. very disappointed by the response ans unwillingness to rectify the difference in portions.

Great ice cream but avoid anything in that candy display case (The candy apples are fine). Got several different candies from the case and they were all rock solid and barely edible. I even tried microwaving them for a little bit and they were still hard. What a waste of money.

Nothing but incompetent teenagers working here. I can't for the life of me understand how it can be that hard to make and mix ice cream. 50% of my toppings always fall off to the side or they don't pick them up off the coldstone and put them in the bowl. And or not even enough Ice cream.... For the price I pay

Girl with the pink hair was mad rude and when she was checking us out she threw the ice cream on the counter didn’t even get to order our last ice cream. Terrible customer service

I was given a cake as a gift and my first slice I had there was a hair shoved in the ice cream part yuck. I was thinking it was just a fluke so my mum got a cake for me as well and my very first slice in the second cake I had from there within a week had a hair shoved in the ice cream part in my slice. And I know it’s not my hair cause I lost my hair due to chemo so I don’t have hair. Also when we were in this location it was filthy in the lobby area. We called and let them know about the hair in both cakes and the guy on the phone that said he was the manager to my mum and told me he was the lead said that they wear hair nets there to prevent this from happening. I’ve never seen hair nets on the employees at this location. That was a straight out lie. The cake was good but the hair put us off.
We were in town from Texas visiting family, and, to celebrate my wife's 29 1/2-year- (1 year on Saturn) old birthday, I wanted to get her a space-themed ice cream cake. I came to the store, picked out a cake, and asked whether it could be customized on the spot. To my surprise, the store not only accommodated my request, but they did a beautiful job adding a multi-colored saturn to the middle of the cake as well as many complementarily-colored stars. It looked amazing! But that's not all -- the cake tasted incredible; each of our family members agreed it was delectable.

I’m not one to leave reviews but the experience here was hard to swallow… literally. Started off walking into the store with music loud enough I couldn’t hear my partner right next to me and employees having to yell over each other. As our order was being prepared I was honestly disgusted by the lack of sanitary practices. I asked for oreo which was out, I proceeded to watch the girl open a new pack with her TEETH, not only that the same girl wiped her face then continued to make our order. not to mention none of the workers had gloves on, which is the bare minimum. My partner and I were taken aback by the whole experience that we just threw our ice cream away after we walked out. On busy nights like these there should be management and supervision on staff so things like this can easily be avoided.
