Sat for 10 mins for an online order, workers weren’t very customer oriented. They all looked at me but decided to ignore me, baskin Robbin’s isn’t as good but the customer service is better, I’ll never be ordering here again.

Not sure what was wrong, but we walked and and got the death star from the girl. The guy acknowledged us but then decided to keep packing other orders for to go. After standing for sometime and no one talking to us we walked out.

Online orders are a mess dont add extras you will not receive them. They use to be better but recently it has gotten so bad ,I got a peanut butter cup perfection and got mango boboa put on my chocolate ice cream. So disappointed 22 dollars spent I expect my ice cream to be enjoyable. :(

Stellar ice cream. I got the cookies make everything batter. Oreos + golden Oreos is hard to beat. The menu clearly said “oreo cookies, golden Oreo cookies and whipped topping.” When I noticed the employee with the nametag “kiwi” put only Golden Oreos in my ice cream I kindly asked if there were Oreos in it and she responded yes. About 10 seconds later, I said “the regular Oreos?” and she said “no. This one only comes with golden Oreos.” Then I calmly pointed to the menu where it shows Oreos and golden Oreos, and she stared at me blankly and literally did not say anything. Then I asked the employee next to her if she thought it meant Oreos and golden Oreos and she also stared at me blankly and did not say anything. I was extremely confused and a little bit frustrated with the lack of care and service I received at my visit today. The manager also did not care when she overheard what was going on and took her “sweet” (nice) time ringing us up. Again, stellar ice cream, but I’m very disappointed. Not cool guys.

Went here for a sweet treat and they had loads of options to choose from! You can even create your own! They have options to have it in a cone or a bowl, I got the sprinkle cone and the chocolate makes the cone pretty thick! All in all it tasted amazing and there was plenty of seating to enjoy the ice cream!

my fiance and I both ordered a like it size and I noticed how much smaller my ice cream was. I told an employee these are the same size (Like it) and asked if I could get more ice cream and he said "that other one is over portioned and we weigh them." So I basically overpaid for a kids size ice cream. I feel ripped off paying almost $7 for basically a kids size ice cream when my fiance got double for the same price. very disappointed by the response ans unwillingness to rectify the difference in portions.

Great ice cream but avoid anything in that candy display case (The candy apples are fine). Got several different candies from the case and they were all rock solid and barely edible. I even tried microwaving them for a little bit and they were still hard. What a waste of money.

Nothing but incompetent teenagers working here. I can't for the life of me understand how it can be that hard to make and mix ice cream. 50% of my toppings always fall off to the side or they don't pick them up off the coldstone and put them in the bowl. And or not even enough Ice cream.... For the price I pay
