We stopped on a really long drive on our way home and got blizzards for all the grandkids and they were excellent. Super fun flavors. Everybody really enjoyed what they got. We'll have to go back and get some Dilly bars. Haven't seen or had a Dilly bar since I was a kid. It was really nice. Everybody was super friendly.
We arrived as a family at Dairy Queen to celebrate an occasion for our family. We looked at the hours on the door, seeing as we were arriving at 9:30 pm. The sign said lobby open until 10. However, as soon as we entered an employee let us know that their lobby always closes at 9 pm. We inquired about the sign on the door and he responded that that sign had always said that but that the lobby closed at 9 and that we should have checked their online website for the real hours. Today was free cone day so hectic for sure. But the staff were all so pleasant and they are handling the crowds with ease. If they can handle this volume and pushing out the quality product I'm seeing all around me, I'm sure every other day at this store is great. Will stop here again when I'm back in the area.
