i came to visit Utah because my mom lives here from Florida. i work at a dutch bros in Orlando, and have also came from a stand in California. the service we experienced here at the walk up window was pretty horrible. it wasn’t a friendly interaction, the girl who grabbed my order ahead didn’t double check to see if my drink had everything on it, and my mom left with her drink with no soft top. i paid extra for it, so i walked back up to the window and she checked my order and took my drink back. there was no apology from her either. it’s sad to see dutch here have little to no culture from the outside of the window and it was like no other dutch i’ve worked/been to before. pretty sad visit.

I go to Dutch Bros all the time and I love the coffee but I went tonight to the Layton branch where I don't normally go and I ordered a custom lattee that I order a lot at the Farmington branch, but tonight there was something weird about the latte it was kind of sour and bitter when It shouldn't have. I have never had issues with Dutch Bros before, tonight was just weird.

I got my nitro coffee and they only filled my cup up barely half way. It was super weird, and felt like a jab because I didn’t get ice in it… which I never get ice in my nitro. If it doesn’t fit in the huge cup, they should’ve just given me a smaller cup so it wasn’t so awkward. And if they were out of smaller cups they should’ve said something.

Every time I go to this Layton location they give me the wrong add-ins or put them in my passengers drink instead of mine. Every time I’ve ordered a drink off the hot coco menu they’ve consistently given me the coffee version.
