I've been going to Firehouse since they came to Utah 15 years ago and loved the food. For the past several years, I've gone to the Layton store as it's close to my office. Service has been slow, and it is impossible to get in touch with anyone from customer service. Today I ordered 5 medium subs and received 5 small subs (although I was charged for medium).

These guys are slow slow slow. Not just today... but today you walk an and they say it is a 30.minute wait. Most walked out. Need a manager! I only come cuz the food is good
