Well I was hoping for a great experience as I haven't had Firehouse since i lived in FL. 20 yrs ago and was ALWAYS great I received a $6 mac n cheese that was a quarter full.( maybe 6 bites worth) And a Newyork steamer NOT toasted as asked COLD as could be and NO extra cheese that was paid for. Apparently Firehouse has gone to 💩 like a lot of places nowadays. Ive always held them to a hire standard and have always bragged about them that will NOT be happening again.

The employees always do a great job. The firehouse subs company needs to enable tipping on the app and have it placed in each restaurant where people can give The employees a tip because they deserve it

Five-star review for the employee that help me with my order. I was using a coupon and misordered my food. They were able to make it right and I appreciate that. I was pretty tired. The quality was good They were making them to order. Business was pretty busy the night that we went so you could tell that nothing was sitting too long. I appreciate that the fountain machine was in the dining area so you could get refills. The bathrooms were clean. Would go there again if the need...
