Is 0 stars possible? Got to the drive through at 8pm and finally got to the place to order by 8:30. There were only two cars in front of me and one behind us so we were stuck and couldn’t get out. We were trying to be patient and got to the sign to order and got told please give us a moment we will be right with you. Again totally fine we then waited 15 minutes and nothing. Not a word on the microphone nothing. We then decided we were done after 45 minutes and nothing to show for it and just pulled up to wait where we were stuck for another 25 minutes. Finally pull up to the window and wait 5 minutes with no one to even come up and explain the wait or even let me order so we let and went next door where they were packed but I still got fresh food food within 15 minutes. This is my first time at this location and I don’t ever want to go back. I can be patient and get your busy but no one bothered to explain anything to us or even let us order. 0 stars if I could. I was sick and just wanted some soup and all I got was a headache and terrible service.

I’m a long time Kneaders customer and have always ordered the same thing; Turkey Cranberry Croissant. I’ve always been pleased with this location, as I feel the food I receive is worth the hefty price for a “fast food” place. They never skimp on the turkey, which is far more than I can say for the Ogden location, which makes sandwiches as if we’re rationing turkey in WWII.Thanks for the consistency at this location and maybe someone could give the Ogden location some pointers!

The last two times I have gone in I have waited at the counter to place an order for far too long. Both times the place was empty, I was the only customer there. An employee looked at me, ignored me and continued to do what she was doing. The first time I waited patiently for close to 10 minutes before someone was kind enough to come take my order. No apologies and was not friendly. Today, after being ignored for 5 minutes, I walked out. You don't want my business, I won't give it to you anymore.

No pastrami any more. That ain’t right ! If you’re going to be a deli/sandwich place , you have to have pastrami. It’s a staple. What’s next? No mustard?! You’re all so sweet and efficient love all the workers here !

Really appreciated this restaurant as I sent a gift dinner complete with a smoothie which was sent but not delivered by DoorDash. When she called they immediately offered her a smoothie and when she went to pick it up they had a lovely Easter cake. Since I am on East Coast I was so appreciative of the extra effort made to make this gift even more special. Thank you so very very much for this kindness!

I came into their store to get orange rolls right when they opened the door hoping to get fresh ones, I bought two containers that were on the shelf. The rolls were dry (microwaving them with butter was the best way to soften them up). I went back again to the store hoping against hope that it was just a fluke......I came in again as soon as they opened and specifically asked if they had fresh ones because the last time I bought them they were dry. I was told that they couldn't be any fresher because the ones that I was getting was right off the pan.......let's just say that their idea of fresh needs to be addressed. Again they are dry. I was also told that if I came in early they wouldn't be dry. How much earlier can someone come in when you're there when the doors are opened. I won't be going back to that particular store anytime soon.

Impressed with the berry pecan salad as of late. I'm very particular on the taste of strawberries since nowadays they taste too much like chemicals to me. The last 2 visits ordering the salad, the quality of its taste have been spot on. ?

Panini was very soggy and barely had anything inbetween the slices of bread. The tomato was cut soo thin i couldnt even pick it up. It was 12.50 for this. I havent been back to kneaders for a little over a year and was excited to try it again. It used to be so good and the sandwiches were filling. But this.. didnt even fill me up and im small. Really sad

I am a person that doesn’t like a lot of things on my sandwich, thus the three stars. If you like everything on your sandwich then you would probably rate it five stars. A little pricey.

Last Friday, after dinner, I went to have dessert with a friend. The cashier looked angry. Her voice was brusque, and every time she mentioned the name of the cake, he only responded with a response that seemed far from friendly. I ordered cake and coffee and sat down at the table to wait, but the piece of cheesecake had fallen over and was all over the plate, and my fork was stuck to the sticky caramel sauce. I had nothing to say when I saw the cake that was brought to me without even saying sorry. It was unpleasant service.

Entered Kneaders to get some desserts for myself and my wife. We stood at the counter for about 7 minutes while employees were walking by and gave us no service. Totally unprofessional service. I will never be going back to this establishment ever again!
