I’m on chemo and his quesabirria is some of the only meat I can eat right now. They are so good and I love the green avocado salsa as well. My protein has been low because I struggle to eat meat but I almost have it up to normal with regular eating of the quesabirria. Red salsa is also good just a little spicy for my chemo stomach. It’s not too spicy for my mouth.
Best burria taco I have had in Utah! I wish I had bought 2 more after I finished. Great quality and the price is very, very good! 10/10 will be back with friends. Street tacos are also 10/10!
