They were exceptionally disorganized and had our food prepared and on the counter without notifying us for about 10 minutes. The chicken tenders were cold and chewy. Normally the food is great here. Disappointing.
I love Popeyes chicken, I always order a Spicy Chicken breast to go. It’s a good value. Today, I was given 2 thighs. I like white meat best. When I discovered what I was given, I went back into the restaurant to tell the error. The worker said “yes, I gave you the 2 thighs instead of a breast. If you want a breast, you will need to wait 12 minutes.” I would have preferred being told that up front. I would not have purchased thighs. I left. Please train the staff to be upfront...
