Went into the Drive-thru 1/1/25 around 11:30pm before they closed. I got two meals which came with drinks (sprite and dr.pepper) to which were both FLAT. I notified the woman with a thick accent working the drive-thru window (manager? I saw her openly counting the till) about the issue to which she got us new drinks from I am assuming the drink machine out in the lobby to which were still FLAT. I notified her again that it was still flat and she gave no real resolution to issue...
They are always so good. The last time I was here, they asked me to wait a few minutes for the tenders. They hooked me up with free sides. It did take a bit longer but to compensate for the wait, they comped me several other things. I genuinely appreciate the amazing service. Apple pie was divine ?
I'm actually surprised the reviews aren't better. My wife and I eat from this location pretty regularly. It's the best Popeyes I have had. The food is always fresh, and delicious.
