A typical American diner experience atmosphere wise. The service was ok.
The food I actually enjoyed more than I thought I would. They were ok with some substitutions and none of the meat was dry, no overpowering sauces or flavors. The eggs in the eggs Benedict were overcooked which was unfortunate, but the flavor almost made up for it.

Delicious comfort food in a casual atmosphere. I have never had anything i didn't enjoy. Highly recommend the breakfast burrito and the French dip.

Our server was great. We had a large group, and she handled it seamlessly. Some of the food could have used work. The French toast crust was hard, and the scone was not fluffy. I got the blueberry waffle and thought it would have blueberries inside, but instead, it was more of a canned filling on top. Even with this, I'd consider coming back.

The hamburger was nice and juicy, and the toast and jam were so delicious.
However, the hashbrowns were very burnt or too crispy (like eating a toothpick), which sucked since they took up half the plate.
I went during breakfast, and it was packed. It also is hard to leave as hallways are small and possibly hard to navigate if you have a bad memory. The lobby also can get very crowded as it is where everyone pays after the meal and where people check in.

Very worst Reuben ever made. Sauerkraut was rancid, thankfully had ordered it on the side. Corned beef was mostly gristle, and uneven like it had been drying out on a plate for days if not weeks. Was going to call the manager, but those kind of issues are usually top down. Just disgusting. Done with Ramblin Roads.

Breakfast was good. I like the hash browns, and the coffee didn't taste like brown water..

Pretty good comfort food. If you don't want the busy atmosphere of Black Bear, then this is the place. Good food, decent prices.

Mediocre food.... I would have given three stars. Top five worst service I have ever had. 1.5 stars overall. 5-7 minutes for our waitress to come get our drink orders. After dropping off our meals, we didn't see her again for a long time. After ten minutes of everyone being done, I finally had to ask a different waiter for our check. My son went to the bathroom and saw our waitress just chatting it up with coworkers. When she finally reappeared with our check, she told me just to take it up front, even though she was supposed to be the cashier. Very rude. Shouldn't have even given her the 8% tip that I did. Our family of 6 will not be returning or recommending to any family/friends of ours. When I told the guy at the front how terrible the service was, he had a "whatever" type of attitude.... this place fails bigly. Many places with better food and 100% better service.

Overall not a bad breakfast place. Pretty traditional style breakfast foods. The hash browns and omellete were in need of some seasoning and the mini burgers were way overcooked. The scone was delicious! The pancake was very, very dry.

We are always seated on the east side by the door. The air is too high and it's freezing. The food is great.
Absolutely terrible. Cannot recommend. The country fried steak was made from some boxed frozen horror, the gravy was a salty gelatinous mass from a jar, and the scone was scandalously bitter from old rancid oil. Sam, our server, did a valiant job despite the stale slop she was forced to deliver to our table.

I chose a cheeseburger. It had no flavor whatsoever; no mayo, catsup, just lettuce, pickles, & tomato on the side. The bun was burnt!
The tater tots were yummy!

Without a doubt the worst pancakes I've ever had. I'm sure they were from a boxed mix and for $15 I expect different. On the way out I noticed other plates full of discarded pancakes as well. Random weird decor, limp undercooked bacon. Ugh. Super disappointed.
