I had to write a review because our service was unbelievable great. Blake, he never let my drink go empty. Our fries never ran out. Even with my 2 year old he was very patient and kind. It was a Monday evening,and surprisingly busy. Yet he handled it like we were his only table. My double burger was huge and very good. My wife had fish and chips, the price for what you get is amazing. My boy was distracted and only ate his fries, and a lot of them. So a big shout out to Blake

Usually have no issues, but they started kids eat free, with perchance of an entree on Wednesday's, which isn't true. I am a single mom and decided to take my 3 kids so we could eat out. Well I got my meal and 3 kids meals thinking because I am getting a meal they all are free. It doesn't say anything 1free kid with 1 entree, it just says kids eat free with purchase of an entree. I did get an entree and only 1 free meal. I was so embarrassed because I only had enough for the entree and tip. Having to pay for 2 other meals I couldn't leave a tip, and she deserved a tip. Manager said there was nothing she could do, that the system wouldn't allow her to change anything. But 2 months ago I paid for my meal and got 2 kids meals free. Need to fix the promotions. Not fair to single parent households.

Soda tasted off so I asked to change my drink to a tea which she did. Then I got my bill and was charged for a tea and a drink. Refused to remove one. Spent over $90 dollars for 3 adults and a child.

Our server Bri was amazing and wonderful and everything you want in a server! The manager was not as great, when our food came out my husband’s fries had plastic wrap in them. They brought him a new plate but did not comp the meal or offer a discount. If it had been my food I would not have been able to eat but my husband is a good sport

Service is always spot on, even on super busy days. They really kick butt and make sure you're taken care of quickly. Food is delicious, I'm always left satisfied. The only conni see is that it gets SO LOUD in there when it's busy because it can be a bit crowded.

Came to red robin today for lunch. We were seated and waited for a server to help us after about ten or so minutes i went and asked if there was a server that could help us. The lady said sure and went in the back so we waited another ten or so minutes and after finally deciding to leave and go to roosters a server finally showed up. Numerous employees were sitting around talking while all this occured so it just made it that much worse. We wont be back for lunch anytime soon. Service is important.

Angel is the best!!! She was very attentive to our needs and so kind. Angel kept us stocked with delicious bottomless fries all night long. We had the best time, thank you Angel!
