We hadn't been in a long time. The chicken sandwich and salads were excellent. Rumbi fries include regular and sweet potato fries (totally forgot) + fry sauce!! It was refreshing to have something new and different. The service was the best I've experienced recently... they cut sandwiches and brought extra dishes for our family to share dishes. I would come again.

We are Rumbi fans! We usually do take out, but the restaurant is always clean and calm when we come in. The service is always great. They are friendly and attentive, and make sure that we have everything we need. Would recommend Layton Rumbi!

My wife and I have been here multiple times and we love it. If you like Hawaiian/polynesian style food, you can't go wrong here.

The mac salad is amazing. If you're wanting to reduce carbs, the steamed vegetables are a great alternative side. If you are vegetarian, you can choose the custom bowl with a tofu base. The tofu is served crispy and is super good. I also recommend their sweet potato fries.
