Today it took 30mins for my order. It was not busy when we ordered the food. There was one other car in the stalls waiting for food besides us. If I wanted to wait 30m for food, I'd have gone to a sit down restaurant.
The food that came was wrong, cold and hard. 🤮 I didn't have another 30mins to wait for a correction. So $18 worth of dinner went to trash. If we would've had time to wait and didn't have an event scheduled already, I'd have waited for the correct food...read full review
Absolutely horrible can’t rate the food because I never got it. I paid $40 and I have to call corporate for a refund 🤦🏻♀️. Got yelled at and the stuff I did get was cold and shakes melted.
I used to go to Sonic frequently. I haven't been back for over a year. Last time I went, I got their All Natural Lemonade. I didn't try it until getting home. The lemonade was rancid. It had turned bad. Horrible! When calling in to see if I could get a new one, the support person said their best option was to give me a bogo. What a joke! I'm not buying another one to get one free.
