We got there at 10:20 and the worker said he was by himself so he closed early even thought the website said they closed at 11. Would’ve given him more grace however we saw multiple workers in the building. Super disappointing

Walked in to the open lobby at 8:30 and were turned away. They said the lobby was closed, but online it says the lobby closes at 9:00.

This guy at the drive thru was just the nicest guy ever! He got us a pup cup for our puppies and has the kind of calm voice that is just nice to listen to. And a great smile. Thanks drive thru guy! Also my son wondered if he is a you tuber?

We came at about 4pm and this place was PACKED. I wasn’t expecting that but I can really see why, we had such a great experience, we will probably start frequenting at least once a week. Whoever the male manager on shift was, was so great. He was extremely busy with taking drive orders, making food, and helping up front when someone needed it. Not ONCE did he seem annoyed or inconvenienced, even tho he had so many things going on. Our order took a little while, which was completely understandable, but it didn’t matter because it was such a pleasure watching the staff interact with eachother. They genuinely seemed happy to be there and it was so fun to see that. The manager with the short blonde hair was so great, she seemed genuinely concerned that our order took a little while and gave us a few make up cards without us even complaining. The food was great, and this may have been my favorite fast food experience that i’ve ever had. Thank you Arctic Circle team!
If you want fast food, this is a great place to get it. Their burgers are better priced and better quality than their competitors

For starters, this is the cleanest Arctic Circle I’ve ever been in. It’s rare to find a fast food restaurant that doesn’t have a film of grease coating everything but this one doesn’t; very refreshing. I can’t speak to every shift, but the gentlemen who were working the lunch shift on a Wednesday were super friendly. Great customer service. As far as the food goes, it’s good but the ice cream is really delicious and huge portions for a relatively cheap price.

There is something really wrong at this arctic circle lately. I have gone here since I was a teen and I never had a creepy feeling about it until this past year or two. Quality has gone way down and just yesterday we ordered two burgers and got extremely sick from them. Like throwing up out of both ends kind of sick. The Health Department needs to come do a review and also check their employees for drugs.
