There is something really wrong at this arctic circle lately. I have gone here since I was a teen and I never had a creepy feeling about it until this past year or two. Quality has gone way down and just yesterday we ordered two burgers and got extremely sick from them. Like throwing up out of both ends kind of sick. The Health Department needs to come do a review and also check their employees for drugs.

The review below was my 5 star review that I previously gave, however today there was a dark haired girl working the register at the Lehi location across from the high school around 11:25 am 11/8/24 and the attached photo is what I found in my daughters drink when I poured thr soda out to throw the cup away it was stuck to the top inside of the cup. Exactly how does one single full length hair get into a child's soda? On purpose or by serious neglect and/or indifference is how! Either way I'm very dissatisfied and disappointed.
Cheese curds - always delicious. When they were understaffed the icecream wasn't great but whoever is managing now is doing a good job. Nice Young man who took my order was very professional. Keep up the good work guys ?

This location has gone down hill alot. Ordered 2 ranch burger combos, and the buns were hard and tasted old. i was pretty upset that the burger was cold, but it didn't seem fresh at all . Totally unacceptable for the price .

I have been eating the shrimp from Artic Circle for decades. They are big fried prawns with excellent flavor. I always substitute tots for fries. Today was no different. The shrimp and tots were perfectly cooked. I also paired my food with a pumpkin shake since fall is here and today is the first BYU football game of the year. So, 5 stars for the food. Here's the thing, I went between lunch and dinner rushes. There were only 2 cars in front of me. I was in the drive-through line for 20 mins. 20! For 3 cars. What is up with that? The people were nice and courteous, but 2 stars off service for being so slow. Also, over $17 for 5 piece shrimp and tots and a medium pumpkin shake. Wow! Seems super pricey!

We enjoy their milkshakes. I usually order the chocolate chocolate chip flavor, and my wife tries something new each time. I appreciate their affordable prices.
Arctic Circle used to be one of my favorite places. Great food, and great shakes too. But it's just way too expensive now, and I can no longer afford to go as much as I want. Specifically the side order items that dont allow combos, like the 15 pc chicken ring or mini corn dog. Most fast food places I end up spending 10 to 15 bucks, but here I can't spend less than 20 to get my usual order.
