Chang’s Food | Venezuelan and Chinese Fusion is a hidden gem for Chinese cuisine in Utah. The food is absolutely amazing, with authentic Chinese food and a Venezuelan touch. The Chinese spare ribs are great, like every NY Chinese food place. The combination rice comes packed with a delicious variety of meats and perfectly cooked shrimp. The Fried Rice combo with Beef Tenderloin and Cream Cheese Eggroll is a huge portion; the beef is pretty good with peppers, and the fried rice is filling with savory shrimp, pork, ham, and chicken. The cream cheese Eggroll is different but in a good way. Portion sizes are very generous, and the homemade sweet and sour is outstanding. The empanadas on the Venezuelan side are excellent. Staff is friendly, and the owner goes out of the way to make customers feel welcome. The atmosphere is very casual. Don't come if you're in a hurry, but the food is delicious with extremely competitive prices. Definitely a spot to stop by for quality Chinese food with excellent customer service.
