I pick up pizza most every week, and I frequent this location. I am rarely ever greeted (and by that, I mean I'm ignored not even acknowledged even standing at the register for several minutes) at this location. I have walked in when there have been up to 5 employees out front, no one says anything or offers to find help momentarily. Just ignores. I have had issues with my plan ahead online ordering here being ready at the selected time. Who is the manager here? Even teenagers...read full review
The employees are very nice and they will do really good work to make sure you have an incredible pizza experience. They also take SNAP EBT benefits so even the folks that need help with food can actually get an incredible meal for a reasonable price. .

I used to work here and I absolutely love the pizza, always will.But it's just gone very downhill in service as of late. Very slow workers and a general unawareness of orders and customers.I had to wait 40 minutes for 1 pizza when there was no line.I love this place and I believe it can do better. Heck I know it can do better cause it used to
