The service was good and it's a nicely decorated location. I'm not sure my food was cooked long enough though. I ordered the shakshuka (poached eggs in a tomato-based stew) and the whites were clear. I've never had this dish before, so maybe the eggs are supposed to be raw, but I'm not really comfortable with anything beyond runny yolks.
I recently had an experience at Aubergine that was disappointing, but Aubergine reached out, apologized for their mistake, and made things right. Other than this last experience I have always had a great experiences and so I’m happy that they reached out to me to try to fix what happened.
Health conscious and absolutely tasty cuisine! Highly recommend. We got tge Vitality and Coconut Curry protein bowls, and savored every last bite. Their house made granola atop their Ocean Magic açaí bowl was just fantastic. In my opinion, it’s a little pricey, but perhaps it’s because they use quality ingredients? I loved their variety of culturally inspired bowls- hoping they add a Korean bibimbap to their selection? Highly recommend.
