Nichole was particularly helpful and understanding! A month or two ago I gave their location a call because a birthday coupon wasn’t pulling up, she said she would help me get situated when I arrived at the location. After verifying that everything had been entered correctly and despite the app being unreliable I really appreciate her patience with me and in the end I was very happy with my pretzel! Sorry to be such a bother, girl needs her free food! Thanks Nichole!

I placed a pick up order through the app to skip waiting in line, promised time was 7 minutes. When I walked in, both registers were being used to take orders and people were blocking the counters so I unfortunately had to wait in line just to ask for my pick up order to then be told they hadn’t even started working on my order! It was just one pretzel and one sauce. So I had to wait longer for them to make another batch since they didn’t put my order off to the side! The store is really small so they need to do better with crowd control and keeping customers from blocking the counter. This is one of the reasons why I barely come here

My family loves this place. The owners are super involved in the community and their Food truck can be seen around town.
I highly recommend this location. Much better than Draper location and worth the little extra drive

Was really looking forward to my cinnamon sugar nuggets, but when I stepped in the store I was kinda shocked. There was filth all over the floors. Pretzel bits scattered everywhere. I was alone with my toddler and baby, and on top of waiting 20 minutes for my order, I had to keep my toddler from trying to play with all the trash everywhere. The workers seemed more interesting in chatting with their coworkers than taking care of the customers. Definitely regretted my decision and wish I could take back my time and money, as the pretzels didn’t taste fresh.

The staff seemed overwhelmed and unorganized. Despite the relatively short line, it took an unusually long time to place my order. When I finally reached the counter, the employee appeared distracted and disinterested, which made me feel like my order was a burden rather than a priority. After placing my order for a classic salted pretzel and a drink, I was told it would take a few minutes to prepare. I didn’t mind waiting initially, but after nearly 15 minutes, I began to wonder if there was a problem.
To make matters worse, when I finally received my pretzel, it was cold and tasted stale, lacking the warm, fluffy goodness I had anticipated. The dipping cheese I ordered was also disappointing; it was lukewarm and overly processed.
Overall, my experience at Auntie Anne’s was a letdown due to poor service, long wait times, and subpar food quality. I would rate my visit just one star, as it failed to meet the standards I expected from this popular chain.
Keto option! Just ask for mini dogs without the dough (we got the 14 count). You can tell them how much you’d like them cooked, just till hot or a bit crispy, and they’ll cook them to your liking! They were so kind here and we were so happy that we could have the familiar Auntie Anne’s Keto style. Don’t forget the side of cheese, it’s the best! 😉

I have tried to order from here for 3 weeks. Every week they cancel every attempt to order. Whether I opt for pick up or delivery via uber. Looks like a good product that would be perfect for Sunday football but obviously they don’t need the business 🤷♂️
