Was really looking forward to my cinnamon sugar nuggets, but when I stepped in the store I was kinda shocked. There was filth all over the floors. Pretzel bits scattered everywhere. I was alone with my toddler and baby, and on top of waiting 20 minutes for my order, I had to keep my toddler from trying to play with all the trash everywhere. The workers seemed more interesting in chatting with their coworkers than taking care of the customers. Definitely regretted my decision and wish I could take back my time and money, as the pretzels didn’t taste fresh.

My recent visit to Auntie Anne’s was incredibly disappointing, leaving me with a sense of frustration that overshadowed my craving for their famous pretzels. Upon arriving at the location, I was excited to indulge in a warm, freshly baked pretzel. However, the experience quickly took a turn for the worse.
The staff seemed overwhelmed and unorganized. Despite the relatively short line, it took an unusually long time to place my order. When I finally reached the counter, the employee appeared distracted and disinterested, which made me feel like my order was a burden rather than a priority. After placing my order for a classic salted pretzel and a drink, I was told it would take a few minutes to prepare. I didn’t mind waiting initially, but after nearly 15 minutes, I began to wonder if there was a problem.
To make matters worse, when I finally received my pretzel, it was cold and tasted stale, lacking the warm, fluffy goodness I had anticipated. The dipping cheese I ordered was also disappointing; it was lukewarm and overly processed.
Overall, my experience at Auntie Anne’s was a letdown due to poor service, long wait times, and subpar food quality. I would rate my visit just one star, as it failed to meet the standards I expected from this popular chain.
Keto option! Just ask for mini dogs without the dough (we got the 14 count). You can tell them how much you’d like them cooked, just till hot or a bit crispy, and they’ll cook them to your liking! They were so kind here and we were so happy that we could have the familiar Auntie Anne’s Keto style. Don’t forget the side of cheese, it’s the best! 😉

I have tried to order from here for 3 weeks. Every week they cancel every attempt to order. Whether I opt for pick up or delivery via uber. Looks like a good product that would be perfect for Sunday football but obviously they don’t need the business 🤷♂️

We showed up 20 minutes before close and they would not make a new pretzel. I mean… if you’re a pretzel place you gotta keep on making them till close. Unacceptable
The food is amazing. If they are all out of a pretzel it takes like 10 minutes for another to be made but it is absolutely worth it. Best food

Never been here. Just sat in the outlet mall parking lot smoking cigarettes in this notification asking for a review keeps popping up. I'm sure the pretzels are great here, although I don't believe I've ever had them. But I do like pretzels, in general.
