Looking for something light and vegetarian, I ordered the Som Tam or green papaya salad. It comes with plenty of greens and rice, which made it almost like a meal. Instead of crished peanuts, they use cashews, which is a nice twist. However, no green beans which I've had elsewhere. As a cashew fan, they brought me extra cashews on request.

Good red curry and pad kra pow. We would have liked to try the mango sticky rice but a sign said it was out of season. Then we ate at another Thai restaurant in Salt Lake City a week later and had mango sticky rice. I didn't realize the season was so specific to adjacent counties in Utah. /s
