This was the worst service and quality of food my wife and I have ever received from a restaurant.

My wife and I ordered takeout from the BWW Lehi location for her birthday, and we both ended up extremely sick, disappointed, and with stomach problems the next day.

We arrived at the specified time to pick up our order, but after some time we were finally informed that our food wasn’t ready yet. The staff were incredibly dismissive and unwilling to do anything. Not to mention, the restaurant was not busy at all, maybe 20% capacity, but they had no interest or desire to explain the situation or get us our orders.

However after waiting over 15 minutes, we finally got our orders… only to find the food was cold (It seems as though the wings and fries had sat for multiple HOURS), overcooked, dry, and the sauce was almost entirely dried onto the wings… hardly fresh. To top it all off, we both had FEATHERS still attached to multiple wings.

I’m usually good to eat like 20-30 wings, but I started feeling sick after maybe 6 wings? And that’s after picking feathers out and scraping off dried sauce. We are incredibly disappointed with the waste of time and money we’ve experienced.

People certainly make mistakes in food prep, but what the hell were they making us wait for (when we arrived on-time) if they were just going to give us cold, poorly prepared food that has been sitting for multiple hours.

We’ve submitted complaints through the app, website, let family and friends know how poor the service was here, and we have left negative reviews on multiple websites. We’ve yet to hear from anybody seeking to rectify this situation, which only continues the poor service and lack of accountability we have experienced.

I can’t imagine we will ever visit this location or chain again, and I will do everything in my power to steer family and friends away from visiting other Buffalo Wild Wings locations for our gatherings and celebrations in the future.

Please spend your money and time somewhere else. You might actually get some food worth eating and paying for if you do.

we had such a great experience thanks to our server Dustin! he was super attentive, friendly, and made sure we had everything we needed the whole time. you can tell he really cares about giving good service. definitely one of the best servers we’ve had in a while. thank you dustin for making our visit such a good one!

Food took 1 1/2 hours to come out because it was sent to the wrong table the first time. Then I had to pay full price while another table got 30 free wings. The service is bad, the kitchen is disorganized, and they expect you to be happy with it. Go somewhere else

They were advertising $4 appetizers and wouldn’t honor the promotion because it was only good at halftime. They had a ton of games going during March madness, so halftime of what game? Pretty sure it was halftime of the game when we ordered. Plus we ordered directly from the $4 menu so if they weren’t going to honor it, it would have been nice to say something at the time we ordered. Service wasn’t great nor the food.

Each time i come to this location there is a problem. i've came here and gotten wings that literally had no meat, just the outside fried stuff. they've gotten my orders wrong multiple times between wing flavors, and drink to take out. Tonight was the worst of them all, I ordered take out from this location because it said they were open and got there and walked up to locked doors. there were 6 of us out waiting with either mobile orders, doordash, uber eats.ect. so i began knocking on the front door and multiple employees walked passed without asking what the problem was. finally after about 10 minutes the manager walked out and told us that they had closed 30 mins prior, i was very upset as i had driven far and already paid since it said it was OPEN. she said that google hasn't changed their hours, well then why don't you guys change the voicemail when we call??? it says "all store hours are up to date". I better get a refund!

Have you ever had a dining experience so bad that it left you kind of shocked that you paid good money for it? Yeah that's B dubs in Lehi. I don't even know where to begin so I will just run over a few low lights for you. It took us almost a half an hour before we met our waitress after sitting down, then another 20 minutes to get the children's menus we asked for. The wing platter that my friends shared looked like they had spilled the wing seasoning all over on the wings to the point that there were several that were just inedible and I kid you not our french fry orders came with less french fries than a small McDonald's order of fries. In general we really got a feeling that we needed them much more than they needed customers at this place and that you should be grateful for getting anything at all for your money. My friend frequents the Orem location and says even when it's busy it's not usually THIS bad so I am just very confused how this place stays in business. I think this is the only restaurant I have ever been to where napkins are not accessible for the customers. You have to ask for napkins at a wing place??There definitely seems to be a general air of carelessness here. I can't imagine people are returning for any other reason than to watch their sporting events for free but for me that math does not add up and you could not pay me to go back through the doors. Although I had a one star experience I am giving two stars just because I am aware it was a busy fight night when we were there and they were very understaffed but perhaps that says something about the workplace environment they are setting up for their workers. A professional business that wants to stay in business should be able to handle a crowd without completely falling apart like this.
