Place lace was understaffed. We were quickly forgotten after we were seated. Good came out sporadically and came out cold. Has definitely gone downhill the past few years.

Terrible service!! The food was probably the worst Ive had. The onion rings were burnt. The waitress brought fries out 20 minutes after the chicken wings -after having to remind her multiple times. Didn't bring a fork out with our salad and had to wait for her to circle back around. Super unimpressed with this restaurant! Will NOT be coming back!

We had a really disappointing experience at this Buffalo Wild Wings. It took over an hour and a half for our food to come out, and the couple we were with never even received their order. On top of that, our checks were mixed up, and the restaurant was freezing. If the staff can’t handle the dinner rush, something needs to change. Definitely not the experience we expected.

Honestly, it’s a 0 star review. This was the worst costumer service I have ever experienced in my life. Especially when the restaurant was almost empty. I now know why. We were sat in a dirty table to begin with. They got one of our orders wrong. When I mention to the waitress that our flavor was wrong she instantly said it wasn’t. I had to firmly explain how it was indeed the wrong flavor because my mild was a different color than my husbands and spicer. They ended up giving us wild flavor. She kindly took it back and said they’ll fix it. However, they never brought it back out! The waitress was confused when I asked her why she was charging us for a dish that she never brought back out to us. She was very forgetful as well. I had to ask multiple times for a side of sauce. And she never brought my drink out. I tried to be compassionate. After seeing her bring other parties drinks, I knew she forgot just like she forgot to give us napkins, and forgot about our order. After waiting for so long for the fix order to come out, we were ready to go. Will never come back especially to this specific restaurant. The food wasn’t that great either . Mac & cheese was gross my pasta loving kids didn’t even like it. Save your time and money and eat somewhere else. This place is horrible.
The food is good. But this location has its major struggles. Namely: service, especially take out. It’s always delayed, and most often wrong. You need to double, or triple check your order. And if whatever they say in terms of time for service… double or triple it. Tables also need to be wiped with a cleaner cloth. More often than not, they are sticky

I went into this buffalo wings today..Nov 3rd 2025..I was greeted by a nice front worker 11:15 am...he checked my id and checked my id(tried to scan id) he does procedure(he makes sure the age and looked for similarities ect) he then gives me a wristband...I walk back to go get a adult beverage..when i get to the bar they ASK FOR id again while I had a wristband.. I Let them check it again..the women that was the bartender.said she is gonna have to show her manager..then the MANAGER came and out and she tells me to leave the bar..and that I can only by food..would NOT recommend or SUPPORT..The last thing.they didnt even show there selection just tap ...
