I love me some Zupas. My go to order is Nuts about Berries salad and mushroom Bisque! I love how every meal comes with a perfect chocolate dipped strawberry! Its the perfect way to end the meal.

Poor customer service. Sam the operations manager was awful. I can’t have bread and asked if I could get a strawberry instead and he said no. I’ve had it other times no problem. They are so skimpy on their foods here. Just disappointed!

The food always rocks and the service is usually pretty good. It definitely feels overpriced though.

Staff here was great! I had a group of 4, and will admit we had no idea what we wanted. Can imagine we weren’t the best customers, asking tons of questions and indecisive. Everyone was patient and very helpful! Food and atmosphere was great, place was clean, definitely a great place for lunch!

We were the only people ordering, yet no one was taking our order. Eventually someone came out and asked what we wanted but he was not looking at us and was turning his back to us doing other things while taking our order. It was very disorganized.
We specified three times that we wanted the combo with a full sandwich and full soup, but when we were rang up we were charged for a full sandwich and full soup, even though we received a half soup and were expecting the combo price. When I handed the cashier the receipt to ask if it was correct he said “glad you caught that” then threw our receipt away.
We watched an employee drop a piece of meat down in a crack and proceed to put it back on a sandwich. Also, the images on the menu were misleading. The portions were small.
However, the food tasted good.

Sam, the operating manager, was welcoming and friendly. It feels like the management has improved the efficiency of this location. We’ll be back.

The food is always delicious! And if course Oklahoma only has Panara, but Zupas is way better. I miss not having one closer!

I had an issue with ordering to the wrong restaurant and Josh (the regional pert mentor) helped me figure things out and went above and beyond. Thank you Josh!
I normally love Zupas, we decided to eat inside this time and it was not a great experience. First it was super understaffed, only one guy making everyone’s food. When we got our food it started out great until we actually looked at our plates. I honestly totally lost my appetite. I am pregnant which also made me even more concerned about food poisoning. All of our plates and bowls were filthy, it looks like stuff has been baked on and hasn’t been properly cleaned in quite a while. We were able to scrape it off with our nails which honestly was disgusting. I am shocked something hasn’t been done about those. As a customer it made me lose interest in ever going back, what else isn’t being cleaned properly?

My to go order was 20 minutes late and cold by the time I got it. I had to wait while they remade it. When they food did come out the order was wrong and they had to remake it again. My total wait time for a to go order was nearly an hour.
The manager was amazing and very helpful. She was working hard and had great customer service

This was sadly the worst experience I’ve had at Zupas. Ordered online on my in so when got there I just sat inside for a while cuz I knew my food wouldn’t be ready. I watched as the employees seemed to entirely ignore online orders and people at the counter waiting for their orders. When it finally was what my original pick up time was, I stepped up to the counter and it took a while before being acknowledged and I was told they were still working on it. Nbd. Then I watched them completely stop making online orders to serve the line. I have never seen that at Zupas. I’ve always seen them incorporate the onlines while they talk to ppl in the line who are trying to order. I ended up waiting about 20 min after my original pick up time. And I had gotten a text that my food was ready but when she asked for my name again she said it wasn’t ready? They had cleared all the onlines on their screen but none were even ready? Also the food quality is not what I’ve known Zupas to have. Wilted lettuce pieces in the salad. The soup was basically water. The rice was mush. My strawberry was old and mushy inside the chocolate. And I had asked for no olives and you guessed it…olives 😔 really sad cuz I love Zupas and don’t go often cuz it’s pricier than I can sometimes afford. The only good part of that whole experience was the rolls. I’ll have to try a different location next time ig.

Came in here the night before thanksgiving and the restaurant was packed. The whole team worked incredibly hard to get orders out and provide good food as quickly as possibly. Hope they all enjoy tomorrow off!
