It seems the prices at Zupas are going higher and higher, and the portions are getting smaller and smaller. The quality is not what it used to be either. Zupas used to be so fresh. I loved to eat there. Today my nuts about berries salad had so much brown lettuce and so many spoiled berries in it. I could hardly eat it. I had to pick off all the raspberries, blueberries, and strawberries. Only the blackberries were edible. Very disappointing.

My experience at Zupa’s here in Saratoga Springs Utah!!! Ordered a salad through the drive thru. Requested their deep bowl because my dominant hand is disabled. I struggle eating a salad in their plastic container because I don’t have a thumb and good hand function, so I can’t grip it with a fork and it flips up the salad every time. Pay for my food and a bowl wasn’t given. I mentioned I requested one and the manager said I couldn’t have it because I didn’t order a large salad. I showed my hand and why it’s hard to eat out of plastic container. She said, “sorry, I can’t give you one”. We’ve eaten at Zupa’s for years!!! Terrible customer service and I feel this was absolute discrimination.

Great food. Wasn't overly busy, however we needed napkins and there weren't any and the request for some wasn't well received.Overall, great place to quickly dine! I enjoyed the Avocado club!!

I really enjoyed the soup and sandwich I had at the cafe. The food was much better than you usually receive at this kind of restaurant, the soup was an excellent tasting tomato, better than most. I highly recommend Cafe Zupas for a healthy repast that is tasty and delicious.

Very good food, it was crazy busy but service was great. The dishes and dirty trays were piling up because the trash was full and room for trays and dishes was stacked very high. They did get it taken care of before I left.

Absolutely love this Zupas location! It is always cleaner than any of the others around and the staff is just incredible! When we went in yesterday , I had outstanding service from Jordan! They saw us and helped us from the very first initial order, all the way down to checking out, which was so nice not to feel like I'm on an assembly line.
Vegetarian options: All sorts of vegetarian options with salads
Kid-friendliness: Great atmosphere for kids and the staff is phenomenal with them.
Parking: Plenty of parking in front and to the side.
Wheelchair accessibility: Plenty of wheelchair accessibility from parking to going through the order line to tables.
Dietary restrictions: All sorts of dairy-free and gluten-free options.

Once upon a time I ate a Zupa’s. Then I went back again and again. This last visit was to the Zupas on Thanksgiving Way and I will always hold it as a core memory. The food as almost as delightful as the staff. From cheerful banter, to offerings of samples to the lovely Miss Alaysia who cleared our tables I offer a deep heartfelt 5 star rating. Cheers!
