Gift cards are problematic via the app or website. When contacting customer support about this issue, emails always go unanswered. Can’t seem to talk to an actual person.
Fix your rewards app, since its not allowing password resets at the moment.
Ordered online for delivery was double charged over 80 dollars and food was never delivered. After waiting over an hour, I was told that order was canceled because they were out of an item. I was then told I would need to wait 10 to 12 days to receive a refund of over $82 they charged me. Will definitely not be returning to this place!

The manager, Randy, is known for his wonderful customer service and energetic vibes, making sure to greet guests by name. Customers appreciate his attitude and the delicious food, especially the burritos. Despite some issues with the beans, the overall experience at Del Taco is positive and welcoming.
