Pretty delicious food. The wait time has always been pretty long. I’m sure the workers would prepare food faster if they could. I believe that due to the crowds and the preparation of pretty fresh food, the wait time is consistently long like this. I don’t plan to return again during lunch or dinner hours, which, surprise–surprise, is when most people eat, include myself. I’ll be satisfied with Subway or Jersey Mike’s, since I know I’ll be eating within five minutes...read full review

Food was good and what you would expect from Kneaders. Customer service was pleasant. But the store is completely filthy. We were there early lunch on a Saturday and there was not a clean table in the store. The floors were disgusting and the windows had dried food all over them. Looked like it hadn't been cleaned in a long time.

I went through drive through and Laurel was the best! I had so many questions and she happily answered them all in great detail! She was so happy and positive which was such a breath of fresh air compared to other service workers now a day!
