We order food from this place for our office and there have always been issues with damaged or missing items. What a terrible way to do business, we will never be ordering from this place again. Again, highly encourage to order from other places if you want to make sure everything from your order arrives. Avoid.

I’ve never spent less than 10 minutes in the drive thru, and I’ve been at varying times of day. The food is always subpar. I spent 14 minutes in the drive thru this morning.

Don’t eat here! Got 2 sandwiches & both had huge tears in bread. Everything fell out cuz no bread to hold it in. Ordered an avocado veggie, but no avocado. I messaged them & they refuse to respond.
Food is very consistent and delicious -- ordered online on a Saturday morning, but food was not ready for pickup at the pickup time, had to wait 15 min past - they were very busy.
Still expensive and the human hair in my food did not help my appetite.

Pretty delicious food. The wait time has always been pretty long. I’m sure the workers would prepare food faster if they could. I believe that due to the crowds and the preparation of pretty fresh food, the wait time is consistently long like this. I don’t plan to return again during lunch or dinner hours, which, surprise–surprise, is when most people eat, include myself. I’ll be satisfied with Subway or Jersey Mike’s, since I know I’ll be eating within five minutes or less.

Food was good and what you would expect from Kneaders. Customer service was pleasant. But the store is completely filthy. We were there early lunch on a Saturday and there was not a clean table in the store. The floors were disgusting and the windows had dried food all over them. Looked like it hadn't been cleaned in a long time.
