The baristas here were great, we were in town for a family member's funeral and went to Smith's to pick up a prescription after an Instacare visit the morning of, so all in all not the setup to a great day-- but the staff was so kind. I'm not at Starbucks often but I'd been wanting to try the Cherry Chai and she answered all my questions and got us taken care of. Definitely made our day a little brighter.
I love this place!!! The workers are always so kind!!!! Especially Nat! Nat is by far my favorite employee, she deserves a raise or something!
The barista was so nice, I had an amazing lavender matcha drink 🥰

Starbucks is a welcoming spot with friendly and upbeat employees who make customers feel happy. The staff is kid-friendly and takes the time to engage with little ones. However, there have been issues with consistency, as the morning crew has struggled to prepare certain drinks due to the night crew's oversight. On the other hand, Logan, a standout employee at the Smiths location, consistently provides excellent service, mixing great drinks and working efficiently despite the busy atmosphere.
