Based on the reviews, Beans & Brews Coffee House offers amazing service with kind and helpful staff who are attentive and provide the best customer service. The restaurant is always clean, with a great environment that is peaceful and inviting, perfect for relaxing or getting work done. Drinks like the seasonal peppermint mocha, salted carmel hot chocolate, and other selections taste great, and the egg bird is delicious. The food is pretty good, though drinks are a little pricey. The building is always freezing cold, and people complain about it.
