Literally asked for one little thing of butter. They looked at me like they’ve never heard of butter and then gave me a thing of water.... drove off with no butter still by the way!
I’m not sure what happened here on this day but it took 15 minutes for me to get 2 drinks, AFTER I reminded them that I hadn’t received my drinks yet. Then the drinks weren’t made correctly and had to be re-made. It was extremely frustrating for several reasons, but mostly because the staff didn’t even seem to care about what had happened. I’ll be contacting Starbucks Corporate to submit a complaint as well. Totally unacceptable service and poor quality of product.
