Found a broken piece of a claw clip in my food. Don't know how this was missed unless it was intentional
Love it!!

Came into this Zupas around 1:15pm today (nov 18), it was empty except 2 people ordering ahead of me.
There were two female employees in the salad/sandwich area - Employee #1 asks me what I want to order, I order a chipotle glazed pork salad and soup. She proceeds to serve the greens and hands the bowl to employee #2 to complete the salad (add the toppings etc.) as they’re doing this they were talking to each other and must have been a little bit distracted so employee #2 put the wrong toppings and sauce on the salad. She made an entirely different salad. I let her know this wasn’t the one I ordered, she acknowledged it and as she was saying she would remake it employee #1 calls out to her and says “look I found it!” While showing her something on her cell-phone. I continue down the line to order my soup, meanwhile im watching to see if they are making the correct salad for me - but they are not. They are both looking at the phone and having a conversation/laughing. This went on for about 5 minutes while i was just standing there waiting on the salad so I could pay for both items. At that point I decided I would go eat somewhere else since the employees here seemed to be more interested in being on their phones/socializing than actually serving customers.
I dont expect employees to be total robots and not talk to each other, socialize or even to not use their phones - but I do expect them to prioritize serving the customer first. Super unprofessional.
Really disappointing experience, will not be coming back to this location.

I think the employees there are super friendly and professional. They seem like they genuinely are there for the customer....but, I frequent here and every time I get pick up/drive thru, there is something wrong with my order, every time. No roll , when there should be, the strawberry harvest salad dressing is made wrong and inedible from the horrific taste, toppings are missing from the salad, chocolate covered strawberry is inedible/really old, they are out of the right kind of lettuce for my salad. It is just one thing after another every single time. I keep hoping it will be done right the next time. Disappointed!

I’m so sad! Why did you guys take veggie chicken sandwich off the menu?! I’m not vegetarian but that was my all time go to and weekly jam.😞

They closed the Good Life Lane, forcing everyone to go inside and wait.
They no longer offer the create your own salads, which is dumb.
They changed their chicken, and it is bad tasting now.
All around, it is so bad. I used all my points and deleted the app. Zupas is dead to me now.

This Zupas sucks. The food is fine, standard Zupas flavor and quality. But the drive up kiosk ordering system is the freaking worst! It's confusing, it introduces chaos into the drive through, and the whole thing just ends up becoming a mess. The first time I came here wasn't quite as bad, but I thought I'd give it a second try in hopes it would be better. It wasn't. It was much, much, worse. I refuse to come back to this Zupas. No amount of convenience for not having to get out of the car is worth the headache and hassle this drive through creates.

Came to Zuppas on a Wednesday night right at closing. Everyone was so kind especially Allie. This was very refreshing considering they could have been annoyed that I walked in with 10 min until they closed. The kindness showed to me tonight made my day and put a smile on my face.

I used to love zupas, but after multiple experiences with underripe avocado, mixed soup, burnt soup, missing food items, and strawberries the size of peanuts, this location has ruined the chain for me.
