My husband and I ate here and were sadly unimpressed. The food was good, but didn't really seem all that special, which I feel bad for saying. He had the sandwich with au jus sauce and I had a Philly cheese steak. The individual parts of our sandwiches were good, but somehow the combination as a sandwich left something wanting. I placed an order online for pickup, didn't realize there is about a 20% upcharge when you do that. Had a chicken parm sandwich, seemed like the chicken was sliced hours earlier as it was kind of dried out. Also ordered a beef and Bleu salad which didn't have any beef on it. This was my first time eating at Capriotti's. We were road tripping through Utah and craving a sandwich. I enjoyed the Capistrami and my hubby liked the Italian. Pastrami and coleslaw are so good on a sandwich.
