Good customer service! Easton helped us and was a good worker and super helpful!
I hate it when my favorite places disappoint because of bad management/hiring. My wife is super patient and understanding, so when she comes back upset from picking up the food - you can bet it was a nightmare experience. My burrito was made by a small child, apparently. Looked bad, tasted mediocre. The to-go bag was covered in sauce, inside and out. When is that ever acceptable? Management: take this as constructive criticism and fix your problem.
Their chicken salads are the best! The restaurant is similar to Cafe Rio. I like Costa Vita better because I have the choice between a large or small salad. At Cafe Rio, there is only a large choice.
No matter what costa Vida I go to. I am never disappointed. The food and service are excellent.
I stopped by today around 6:30 PM drive thru, the food I got when I got home was very disappointed. Where is the quality checks on what is serve to the customer? The tortilla on my salad was not eatible. Only bringing this up to attention so management takes the time to properly train the team on higher standards that should be follow.
Unfortunately this is the second time food is less than decent at this location which is unfortunate. I really like this location and had multiple lunches with coworkers or family dinners at this place. Hope they turn it around.
I get that they are instructed to put certain amounts on but if the rice spoon is caked up the 20 pieces of rice and half scoop of black beans doesn’t equate to 11 dollar burrito. Rice and beans are cheap, in the least don’t be stingy with the cheap stuff.
I went in today and got the deal which is a chicken quesadilla, cinnamon and a drink. As I was going down the line the next employee asked if I wanted rice and beans, so naturally I answered and said yes. When I went to pay the employee gave me the total and ut was not the deal so I kindly asked if this as the deal for the day and she said yes but not with rice and beans. I then said that I told the employee at the front I wanted the deal so then there should have been an indicator to let the next employee know that it's the daily deal and to not ask if I wanted rice and beans. The employee looked at me as if I had made the mistake and continued to say; if you get rice and beans it's not the deal. She didn't even apologize and say let's get that taken care of so I could have what I ordered and what I was expecting to pay. As a customer, I may not see the fine print or I am busy while trying to order with my kids and other distractions. The meal ended being about 4 more dollars because I had to pay for the drink that was supposed to be with the deal. I would ask that each employee know what goes with what or they pass the info to the next employee so that when you get up to the register, it's not a surprise cost.
How in the world do you make a salad, close it up, and send it off without the dressing.
Nothing like a little pre-game Costa Vida!!
