Food sucks. 15 dollars for the driest, tiny chicken breast and wing. No lie, there was no meat on the wing at all: nothing. Sides are okay but small too. Service is good at least

The original pollo bowl is my go-to, and it’s always super fresh here! Chicken is always great, the veggies are at the peak of freshness, it’s just so good! The employees in the drive thru are kind and friendly, and the service is pretty quick from what I’ve seen. El Pollo Loco is so slept on in UT and definitely deserves more love!❤️

I used to love to eat in El Pollo Loco. I was at a Pollo Loco weekly for years then when they decided to join the bandwagon to oversell everything overpriced everything it’s been probably five years now since I went back to eating there cause it’s too out of my budget now You guys are way too expensive for what you get and the chicken smaller
We got up charged in our combo without being asked. That’s shady practices. Also disappointed they took away the california burrito and the burrito sizes seem to have gotten smaller. I hate when my favorite places skimp on quality for profit.

You really can't go wrong. Everything on the menu is delicious, but my person favorite is the humble BRC burrito. It's simple, and perfect.
