Omg this place is so good. I've never had a better Italian sub in my life. And these guys here really care! The workers were awesome and told me people's favorites and then helped me pick the perfect meal. Not only that, they made this sub beautifully. Not slopped together: stacked to perfection. Seriously. This is a place with heart that will make you a perfect sandwich too.

I ordered a medium Smokehouse Beef & Cheddar Brisket, and it had decent flavor. I wasn't filled with the medium, but I didn't leave hungry either. I think a medium-sized sandwich would satisfy the majority of patrons.

I was annoyed with the service during my visit. First, the staff informed me they could only accept online orders. Something must've been down with their register. So I did the online order, and they called out names for people...

I hadn't been to Firehouse in a few months but oh my goodness. The Italian sub I had on Veteran's Day was soul satisfyingly amazing. It just hit the spot perfectly. The staff was very friendly and genuinely kind. I highly recommend this location.
