“Mo’ Bettahs at Thanksgiving Point is one of those spots you go to when you’re craving something filling, tasty, and just a little different from the usual chain food. The vibe is super laid back with Hawaiian surf culture mixed with Utah suburbia and it works perfectly.

The food is what really makes this place shine. The plate lunches are huge so don’t be surprised if you walk out with leftovers for later. The teriyaki chicken and kalua pig are both solid choices, but honestly you cannot go wrong with any of the grilled meats. They pair everything with scoops of rice and their famous mac salad which somehow manages to be creamy, simple, and addicting all at once.

Service is quick and friendly even when the line looks long. If you go during peak lunch or dinner rush it might take a few extra minutes for steak orders but it is worth the wait. The staff do a good job of keeping things moving while still making you feel welcome.

Location wise it is perfect if you are spending the day at Thanksgiving Point. You can grab a big satisfying meal before heading to the gardens, the museum, or even just while passing through Lehi.

“Was at this location the other day, and I got fantastic service. Maria and the rest of the staff were courteous, friendly, and did their best to ensure I had a great service. It was my mom’s first time having Mo Betta’s, and she said the teriyaki chicken was the best she’d had in a long time, and definitely the best in the state. Getting more right now!“

“Having spent a ton of time in Hawaii, Mo' Bettahs does a great job of bringing their cuisine to the mainland.
I love their spam sushi, their pulled pork, their steak, their Mac salad, their chicken katsu. The only thing that was lacking was their white rice...too many crunchy grains. I think it comes from how it is kept after cooking. If they kept it in a big Zojirushi rice cooker, it would all be soft.
I'll be back though!!

“I love the shaved ice from here it is one of the things Iook the most forward to in the summer months. The employees there are always nice and he shave isn't that expensive. And the quality is great. It is always a fun treat the whole family can enjoy.“

“The servers are alway super polite! They are great at letting you customize the order such as hold the salad and substitute rice. Cashiers are in the ball and get you through the line quickly. Everyone working there really gives the feeling that they appreciate you! If you walk away hungry I would be amazed! They really pile the container full! Everything I have tried they is delicious! The restaurant is very clean and well taken care of and ample seating.

Parking: It is basically a strip mall so the parking is shared by 3-4 businesses. Only once have I needed to park a little way off.“

“This location has failed to give sauce with orders many times and tonight was the same. I had gotten home and just as I was about to enjoy my meal there was no sauce and the lady working drive thru that night even asked what sauces I wanted. So I returned and there was a line at the drive thru and in store so I thought I was gonna have to wait even longer which frustrated me more. Kole is a great young man he saw the frustration on my face and immediately helped me out and even offered to make a fresh plate for me when I just wanted my sauce ( you might think its petty but when I'm paying $25 for a meal it makes sense to get everything you paid for) He handled it very professionally and was super kind even called me big dawg which I laughed about when I got back to my car. Give that kid a raise! I've never had someone so young be so professionally in a situation so thank you Kole.“

“April 3 2025 Las Vegas the pork was out of this world and the chicken was fabulous too I now have a Hawaiian food place I I recommend everyone to try it it is really good and normally I don't like pork but this pork was cooked perfectly it was so good I'm probably going to dream about it tonight I may be there first thing tomorrow morning to get some more thank you“

“Are here today, the food was fast and fresh. Lindsey and Jessica were so attentive and the entire time we were there they were getting food out and keeping the store clean. This is probably one of the best run Rumbi’s I’ve been to in the 8 years I’ve lived in Utah! The store is spotless as you can see“
